This is a total SCAM! They take all your information and then "deny" the card because postal code does not match card information, then they charge your account anyway. The biggest problem is that there is NO WAY to contact the company even though they give you the information on the website. When you call the number you are directed to a voicemail that no one listens to and when you email you recieve an automated email that states someone from the Co will get back to you within 24-48 hours... I got the CD in the mail and never even opened it. I got charged $38.84 for who knows what. I called on June 5, 2009 and got a refund. They also said I had to call safelock and cancel with them. I thought it was over. Looking thru my online statement last night I founf that it was not over. They charged me on June 24, 2009. He will build a relationship with you and then violate your trust. The owners run a pig sty. Knats & flies bite the employees, customers. Immediately outside the kiitchen door is a filthy dog in a more filthy pen that does NOT get cleaned. the poor animal steps through its own decomposing waste. when the dog is inside in the basement, it has the same environment, plus garbage scatttered everywhere.
