Hi! I bought 3 e-tickets on June 26, 2009 to a club called PACHA in NYC. At the entrance the security persons were very rude to us and we were not allowed to go in because one of the persons did not have a "proper" ID. I spoke with the manager and explained him that the ID was an International Student ID which foreign students have in the USA. Flipping is a common practice of Banks according to the F.D.I.C. IT IS ILLEGAL. "Flipping" is when the bank takes the largest check to clear so others will bounce. They will back up this check even when others have cleared in order to have multiple over-drafts. When I went to talk to them about it I was treated like scum of the earth. This company uses an "ongoing" contract concept when you sign to do your lawn. The result is that next year they will do your lawn without your express permission then bill you after the fact. They claim that would have given you the opportunity to cancel if you replied to these 'estimate' (which the claim they leave on your doorstep - in my case - I have no mail-box - our area has a common mail box). i returend the product for refund on May 4th. since then for 2 and a half months, I have exchanged so many emails with them to get the status of refund, I was always told they are still working on it. they keep saying that we are completing the refunds as we can in the order that we received the requests. not sure how I can resolve this issue to be honest. apparently they're not listening my voice. i believe this all started when i ordered a google profit kit for like $2.00. apperently there was no kit, just a link on how to use google profit. i have since gotten charges from networkagenda, fedgrantsusa, and easysearch4cash...ranging from $9.95 to $59.95. i have cancelled my apparent "accounts" with these companies and received one refund of $9.95...the other sites could not refund it. most of the customer service phone numbers are pretty easy to find except easysearch4cash (which was the $59.95 charge)...their phone number is 1 888 216 8692. do not sign up for google profit, or adwords, or anything of the like!!! read full review »

I have had a very similar experiences with IWB & Grant Express. I am so sure the two are linked however they say no. I'm not even sure they are from the USA. Never take the CNA course through the Red Cross. It is a scam! The instructor we have currently, Mrs. Thorton is so mean! Very unprofessional! She yells at the students, pushes them out of her way during the clinical at the nursing home, and does not follow the safety/infection control part which they in force big time!! I thought you were suppose to lead by example!!! The nursing home we are in now which is only 4 days for the clinical, is so nasty! Please don't take the class through Red Cross! I have been with this company for almost a year now and my bill changed after six months of use. I was not told that my bill would go up to this amount 200.00 dollars when the agree amount was only for $89.00. Hi, I made a phone call to embard on the 14th of July. My compaint is that the people that were hired to deliver the Las Vegas yellow pages by Embark, stole a package worth 85 dollars from my front porch. I worked there for 11 months. This company won't even want to hire locals who really need work, instead they hire foreigners from China, Taiwan and South America to work in jobs such as Housekeeping and Janitorial. These "college students" come to work under a contract of 35 hours or more for 7 dollars an hour. This company's representative claimed to be an attorney and he is not. We saitisfied a $7, 000 debt of a tenant with this company as of April 2008 and as of today, July 22, 2009 they have failed to pay the mechanical contractor. They have been contacted by both myself and the contractor but have not admitted they ever received payment. I have requested cancelled checks and contacted an attorney to force them to pay the contractor and have their lien released so I may proceed with the sale of this property. I made a $180.00 loan, with the agreement to pay $36.00 per month for interest. The agree stated that if i were to pay the loan back before the month was out, the interest would be pro-rated. They charge the maxium amout by law already. But when I decided to pay the loan back almost the very next day, 2 days later, I was suppose to be pay 2 days pro-rated of the 30 day/$36.00 interest they charge. The unfair and unreasonable owner Jack made this the worst transation I have ever delt with. I bought a sofa and paid $50 for a delivery assurance that it would get delivered without any damage. On July 6, 2009, I made a purchase through Intelius-Intelius for two items. One was for $0.95, and the other for $1.75. These were credited to my Visa account. On July 13, 2009 my Vissa account was credited in the amount of $19.95 by a company called ID Protect Mntr. Bally Fitness Center is a very dis-honest place. I was trapped to sign up with a club closed within one year. Still, I can not get out of the contract, becuase there is other clubs existing within 25 miles. I have to fight the traffic to drive 30mins one way at least to work out. Totall BS!!! They should know at the time I signed up that they will not renew the lease there and close that club. Yet, I have paid close to $800 for three year contact. Now, it becamse $800 for one year. I originally opened a Flagstar checking account because they had a good sign-up deal. After that I was plagued to open up more accounts, had to deal with telemarketing calls. Prior to this I had decided to use them to obtain a mortgage. I have excellent credit and was approved. I had set a closing date of July 1 because my apartment lease was up. Today they are telling me hopefully by the end of the month. I only filled out the form after being denied overtime pay. I also have had a hard time cashing my paychecks b/c there was never any money in the account to do so which required me to go to a money box where I would have to pay a fee. After working for this company for over a year and dealing with paychecks that bounce I have been denied my correct pay. My paycheck has always bounced so I use a local check cashing business. But now My entire check is off. It was real simple. Replace insulated glass with broken seals--as guaranteed with thier warranty. It's been 17 months, trying to work with the Sales rep and the S.W. Regional Sales Mngr. for the Shield Family Products Co. Broken Promises. String us along. I would not use any of the Shield Products again--Weathershield, Vetter, Crestline, etc. Trust them to be dishonorable and a poor product. The warranty would cost little.
