Human resources does nothing for you if you have problems with your manager. They only protect the higher ups of the company. they dont care about the people that actually work in the stores. District managers have their favorite employees and show disgusting favoritism. In April 2008 we purchased an upgraded timeshare in Mexico. Part of the transaction included trading in as equity a timeshare based in Carlsbad, CA. We were put in touch with Holiday Transfer Services who was to make the transfer of ownership. We were told we had 30 days for this to occur so please get the necessary documents to Holiday Transfer as quickly as possible. I ordered a phone from the ebay member sweetsilvana. I knew the phone was refurbished, but expected it to work properly. This member, who upon research I have discovered is Frank Tetro, sent a phone that does not work. The phone will randomly shut itself down, and restart again only to turn off immediately. This company sells parts online for laptop computers, and also repairs laptops. I tried to place an order by phone using a bank ATM checking account card. The person taking the order said the bank declined the payment because the billing address did not match the billing address for the account, or some such. But it turned out the bank did process the transaction; the transaction does show up on my checking account. My contract was due to expire in July of 2009 so I called to cancel and was informed my contract was extended until June 2010 and I would have to pay an additional $400. They indicated that I would have to notify them in writing 30 days prior to the contract ending or they would automatically renew. Direct tv dealer in Phoenix Arizona is feeding signal to our Tv service provider in Okeechobee, FL, Todd Enterprises. He is not a retailer and has no license to sell . They've blocked the IP of an email server. The process for verifying that an email server is legit is not rocket science. But they want access thru our firewall to test it, and that's crazy. Blazing Keywords charged 72.21 against my check card account. when I called them on it they did re-emburse me that amount, except for a $1.15 Int'l tranfer fee. However the next month some company called Grant masters took out $38.34 unauthorized and the next month some company called Grant Finders also charged me $38.34 unauthorized. This company has changed the Payment Due date on my statment. It was moved from the 26th to the 24 mid week so it had nothing to do with weekends. What it did have to do with was noting in there data that I pay on line 1 or 2 dayes befdor the due date and this was but a ploy to make me late and collect charges and fees. This is a total SCAM! They take all your information and then "deny" the card because postal code does not match card information, then they charge your account anyway. The biggest problem is that there is NO WAY to contact the company even though they give you the information on the website. When you call the number you are directed to a voicemail that no one listens to and when you email you recieve an automated email that states someone from the Co will get back to you within 24-48 hours...
