I went into this urgent care when I was experiencing some lower back pain. When I first got there the staff seemed fairly nice and friendly. My son was shopping at a Younkers dept. store in Michigan and signed up for a credit card. He used the card to receive discount on his first purchase. A few months later a phone call comes him telling him he owes over 100 dollars for his purchase. The lines to the teller are always long and do not move. Every time the line forms all the tellers are leaving their stations, there is only a cop, and 5 other people who are standing by the door and giving out lollipops. Pathetic. On June 4 2009 I purchased the Antbytes Audio: Instant Download Karaoke voice removal software for $10.00 from the above website. I purchased 4 items from Menard's on June 3, 2009. These items were for the repair and replacement of a broken sump pump. As it turned out my pump was only jammed and did not need replacement. I tried to return the items to the store only to be told I would not get a refund. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have been fighting with their tax dept for 8 months - trying to straighten out the mess that Citi Lending left behind. On the website I ordered a 14-day trial of Rez2000. I did not realize at the time that I was approving a monthly shipment of this product at the cost of $87.00. I bought a Tumi backpack based on the lifetime warranty claim. At the time I bought it, they offered lifetime. But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee". The service and support is not a good match for their price! The DVD set was not pristine, as advertised. It was infact copied from a TV with a video camera held by a viewer, not by a cable connection. Quality is poor. Of the 11 DVD one is a copy of another. LiveNation makes it very unclear how to speak to a representative other than a robot. You can not find a phone number anywhere on the site, and when you do find the number (800-431-3462), you will stay on the line listening to the same country songs for up to twenty minutes than the line cuts out. They make it so that if you do not have a credit card you are forced to pay ten extra dollars the day of the show, with no security on whether you are really going to get a ticket. This all began the day 04/21/09 when I unfortunately went to Video Action, the name of the store that rents movies. I signed onto Mabinogi and while in their site they opened the yahoo window and asked me to sign in. This was the first time I had ever seen such a thing but I went ahead and logged in. I now think that this is a phishing site. The service was snaking a kitchen drain. The cost -- for a visit of 1 hour--was $371.54! Based on my research online, this is well above the highest costs in a range that starts at $90. When I called for the service, I was told that the visit would cost $79, and tha that fee would be replaced by a standard cost for the needed service, once the service person could assess the problem. The problem was simple--a clogged drain. The solution was a snake in the drain. The cost was a total rip-off.
