Hello. I ordered the Heel Stick and free grooming package and they said I should receive it in about six weeks. It has been a month in a half and I still have not received it. Every time I call I cannot find anyone useful. They keep redirecting me to another agency or number. I just want what I ordered. I decided to file a complaint against the company. If you are doing business with this bank, pay it off as quickly as possible and close the account. Bank fees are high, customer service has no flexibility. I purchased a HP PL4260N 42 inch HDTV in 2006. On July 12 2009 the screen lost its picture. After extensive research it is apparent that this is a manufactured defect. Since the product is out of warranty, the cost for repair is $600. This is one half of the purchase price. After being members for 30 years with CSAA we decided we could get better premiums for our 2 cars through AARP. We notified CSAA with the form letter that AARP provides to notify current providers of auto insurance that coverage is being changed. I did the trial as well, and was sent 4 shipments within a month's time. Each shipment was debited on my account at $38.95 each time.
