This is the worst service I can imagine. They offered a subscription at a fixed price for a one year service. Then they sent out notices that they could not afford to honor their end of the subscription. Next they sent a bill asking for more money to keep the service going. Then after accepting the money, they canceled the service because too many people expected them to honor their original agreement. A SUBSCRIPTION IS A CONTRACT they stopped the paper today and expect us to look for something else, when they feel the economy gets better they will offer us a chance to resume delivery. The only person kevin is helping is himself. By the time you find out he is charging an extra $ to your debit card he has the money and all you gain by cancelling is that he wont get another $10 from you. He is getting money legally by getting the first charge or may be more until you realize they are taking money from your bank account. SCAM but legal. My Complaint with Jaguar Central, Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins is very similar to the many others (8 that I know of) they have scammed. They agree to do work, take money for the agreed work, then do very little work. Priceline seem to have provided my credit card details to Great Fun TLG and they are charging me without my approval. Received a cubic zirconia ring and earrings in the mail along with a letter stating that I have no obligation to buy anything now or in the future, but a new selection will be sent in about 5 to 7 weeks and I will be billed $39.99 plus S & H and taxes for each new piece I decide to keep and if not totally happy with anything, I could return it for a replacement or credit. Checked my E-mail last Friday and found the majority of my inbox messages said " unavailable" all dated 12/31/2069 7:00pm. I had 627 sent messages that stated the same. Spoke with cox and followed their instructions to disconnect this and reconnect that and check this...finally they remotely got in my email on their system and found it was their problem not mine. I have found other people this happened to but there has been no fix or call backs to update me on the status of this HUGE problem. I was billed $16.89 by USBI on behalf of Cheap2Dial on my March 2009 AT&T bill for and then $17.16 on each of the next 3 months phone bills. Stay Away!! I went for two treatments and had decent experiences. However, I did notice that they had a high nurse turnover rate, and I've had a different nurse each time. The third treatment was HORRIBLE. The nurse was rushing, only did half of an area, and when I complained, she said, "If you walk out they'll still charge you." Which they will.
