On the back page of the Parade Magazine...was an ad for a free Jillian Michaels Diet Book witch stated $4.95 Shipping was all you would pay for the book. When I checked my statement, they charged $52 because at the bottom is a box to check that basically signs you up for the diet club at $4 a week. When I called to complain and ask for my money back, all they would refund was $36...so the $4.95 shipping turned into $16. Luckily, I caught it before it went any further. Three months in a row--a card that was cut up in May due to increased interest--was under limit (barely) at that time and since then they've been charging me between $87-120 a month in overlimit, late, etc. fees. I ask them what it will take to get it safely under limit and they give me a number that's too low so that the following month I'm over again. For crying out loud! I recently purchased L'Oreal Revitalift Complete. This product completely clogged the pores around my nose, down the labial folds between my nose and mouth, under my nose and on on my chin. My auto loan was purchased from Sovereign Bank by Santander. Everything was fine until I received a letter to send my payments to TX. I found out it was being serviced by Drive Financial Services. I have tried contacting customer service and I actually spoke to some of the employees there but nobody has been able to process a refund for the extra charge. I bought a screened gazebo for $325 which collapsed from rain the day after I put it up. Harrows refused to return, refund or store credit me for this. They said I should have known that it isn't supposed to be out in the rain. After 1.5 hrs assembling it I wouldn't expect to have to take it down for rain.
