Speakeasy puts a contract on their website, then says the contract you are under after you sign up is different. No where on their website does the contract state that it will be automatically renewed every year, and there is no way to get out of the contract without a $300 cancellation fee. Metline tech charged my phone bill witout authorization thru enhanced billing service. They said this was ordered on line and automatically billed. I never authorized it and I called ATT and they blocked it off my bill. I called enhanced billing and they removed it but I was ripped off and dont think this is a legetimate business. This company is a total ripoff. Their shipping department is on Orange, Ct but you are suppose to call to get an RMA number in order to send the product back to New York. I have a Cub Cadet RZT 50 zero turn mower that I bought new in August 2006. I only use it to cut my own lawn. I have 3 acres of grass, no rocks, and no problems with my lawn. I noticed 2 weeks ago that I had "scalped" the grass when I cut it. I pulled out the owners manual and read about the deck adjustment. I tried that, but noticed when I went to measure distance from blade to ground on right side that the blade wobled. I took off the pully cover and low and behold, the deck itself has stress cracks on the right side, and one of the legs that bolt onto the deck had also broken off. You keep reading and its a lot of boilerplate legalize, but I warn you to read 100% of the contract because there are many traps in it, including obligating you for two years if you accept their promotional prices and subjecting you to a $299 cancellation fee. Everything on the reports looked ok, but when I viewed my scores, the Transunion score was off significantly.
