It really is hard to comprehend how bad this stores' sales practices and service are: I really should have walked out of the store in the 1st 10 minutes when my 'salesman' took a personal call while walking me to show me beds. I purchased fenders from them. Since he is in college he was unable to schedule installation of the fenders until later in the year at Christmas break. However when we arranged to have an installer handle the work this person said that the fenders were so shoddily constructed that he would not install them because they could come apart causing damage or worse. Unbelieveable -- the UPS tracking website showed my package out for delivery at 8:00 am 7/10/09. The delivery showed on time unti 1:19 pm when it showed an exception and that "recipient rescheduled delivery for 7/13/09". This Marina is located below the Southern side of the Tappan Zee bridge I only have a 6.5 gal tank. I pulled up to their pumps to top off before heading towards Manhattan. I ordered Patons Decor First Spring Varg yarn ($5.49) one skein. There was a $5.90 charge for shipping. What I received was First Spring Ombre. The Ombre is a different type of variegated yarn than the Varg. The yarn that is shown on their web site is called First Spring Varg, but they do not have the Varg in stock and only have the Ombre. ABSA VF Consultant Jackie has been contacting me in an average of 4 times a day demanding payment, which i have already made and faxed and e-mailed the confirmation to ABSA. She is rude, she shouts, threatens to take my car and is generally unpleasant and requires training if she is to deal with clients. She hangs up while you try to explain yourself, she harasses you. Charles McQueen came out and built a gate. He brought the cheapest and ugliest pieces of redwood he could pick out at Home Depot. He proceeded to put a gate together that was unevenly spaced. He mixed rough side with smooth side and left jagged splinter on the wood. He put one coat on it and thought he did the cooles job ever. I kept telling him his work was unprofessional. He kept giving me excuses. He tried to fix it and made it worse. You can see the nail marks and it is more uneven and the wood grain is still mismatched. It's the worst product I own. It seems after you "scrub" your wood floors, you have to get down with a bucket and rag and wipe up all of the filthy water it leaves behind.
