EUGENE S. ALKANA
Linda Meza August 11, 2009
What a Pasadena California equine attorney knows about Virgina real estate law, well the mind reels. Call me a helicopter parent, if you must, but when a daugther who has been bravely serving our nation's Navy calls and tells me she's been scammed, I bristle. My daughter found Mr. Alkana's loan modification services over the internet and contacted them, two months ago. She believed the offices were working diligently on her behalf, was advised not to contact her mortgage company, and yesterday she was notified that the law... read full review »

Speakeay
Marge J Smith August 11, 2009
Speakeasy puts a contract on their website, then says the contract you are under after you sign up is different. No where on their website does the contract state that it will be automatically renewed every year, and there is no way to get out of the contract without a $300 cancellation fee. They take forever to hook up the service, and charge you for a technician to come in and hook it up, and you have to tell the guy how to do it. They also charge you for the technician that doesn't even know how to hook it up. Also, if you move, they... read full review »

* Molly LaFata www.mollylafata.com
amhbrook August 11, 2009
Molly LaFata called me out of the blue, and told me she could save me money on my auto insurance. She said I was insurable and would save about $20 a month. Two weeks later, I got a call from Molly Lafata telling me I was uninsurable. This resulted in me having to sign back up with eInsurance and pay MORE (an extra $200 a year) than I was paying before. So I filed a BBB complaint against her and State Farm. She has never once apologized for all of the emotional distress I've been through because the simple fact is: All she really wanted... read full review »

I never ordered any product from this company. I just received a letter stating that they are going to pursue all legal options available to them to collect this debt. Upon calling them, they said I would have to file a police report and send it back to them. This is a scam and I believe this company should be shut down. read full review »

When I bought the service I paid for the whole service of the practice testing. You pay for the price for book double of what they should be billed, and if you don't read the books within a three month period they refused to give any kind of adaptibilty for going over that period. I paid $900.00 for books that was worth $400.00. And was not able to use there practice test for which I paid for in the $900.00 And then got insulted by the owner which I have proof of. BOOTLEGS!!! This "company" is selling bootlegs! They are very high quality bootlegs, printed to look real but the packaging is diffent from what you can buy in stores, has hazy faded printing, and has FAKE BARCODES that do not even have enough numbers! Wendy Talaro Landscaping
patriciapropertyllc.com August 11, 2009
Wendy negotiated to perform landscaping services at our house. She represented herself as an expert in sustainable gardening and an expert with drought tolerant planting. I should have known not to trust her when she offered me a discount if i would prepay her a deposit by a certain date and then when I didn't sign the contract until a few weeks after she said that the special offer had expired. The contract called for her to install trellises and do basic weeding and training of our plants. She did one site visit and stopped. WE... read full review »

This pharmacy calls me 3-5 times a day. i asked them many times to remove me from the list, but they keep calling. i was nice, rude and even mean. I told them i would get a lawyer and he told me to tell my lawyer to stick his thumb up his ass and he said he liked my voice and wanted to fuck me. This is gone too far. What can i do. This is sexual harrassment. I have even gone as far as calling over and over and blasting music at them for an hour. I am tired of it. I reported to FTC and do not call list. i feel violated. There must be something I can do legally. read full review »

Foresee Results
HANKRH August 11, 2009
I'm sick and tired seeing their unsolicited and annoying survey popups every time I visit an online retailer. They appear when I JUST ENTERED a site I've never visited before, or when I'm focused on reading some information, or when I'm trying to do something important like entering my credit card number! People have popup blockers for a reason. Foresee Results is not exempt because their research is for profit. My husband received a letter in the mail with a postmark from Canada and no return address, so I opened it. This company is a total ripoff. Their shipping department is on Orange, Ct but you are suppose to call to get an RMA number in order to send the product back to New York. Cub Cadet RZT 50
viet_vet August 11, 2009
I have a Cub Cadet RZT 50 zero turn mower that I bought new in August 2006. I only use it to cut my own lawn. I have 3 acres of grass, no rocks, and no problems with my lawn. I noticed 2 weeks ago that I had "scalped" the grass when I cut it. I pulled out the owners manual and read about the deck adjustment. I tried that, but noticed when I went to measure distance from blade to ground on right side that the blade wobled. I took off the pully cover and low and behold, the deck itself has stress cracks on the right side, and one of the legs that bolt onto the deck had also broken off. Has anyone else had a problem with stress cracks? read full review »

John Roland Brooke August 11, 2009
I contracted with this company to build my pool, not only was the construction process terrible because of lack of supervision but the customer service was horrendous to say the least. It is my understanding that Dan Lowe, the owner and President has recently closed his doors because he lost all the company money in a poker game. I was advised that he left several sub contractors and vendors unpaid and homeowners facing liens on their homes. read full review »

saveonmyalarm.com aka alarm services
L Starr August 11, 2009
This company includes a contract online that goes on forever. You keep reading and its a lot of boilerplate legalize, but I warn you to read 100% of the contract because there are many traps in it, including obligating you for two years if you accept their promotional prices and subjecting you to a $299 cancellation fee. If you want an insurance certificate it's $19.95, and all sorts of added charges for various traps. Stay away from this company, they are poison. If your alarm goes off, You have to call them to cancel it rather than them calling you. read full review »

I believe the 3 bureau credit report on freecreditreport.com is a rip-off. Here is what I experienced: I paid the additional $24.95 to view all three bureau reports on "freecreditreport.com". Everything on the reports looked ok, but when I viewed my scores, the Transunion score was off significantly.
