While being insured with Golden Rule/United Health Care, I have had nothing but problems. I started my insurance coverage on Feb. 23, 2009, and my husband went to the doctors March 9, 2009 and they would not cover it. Then I went to the emergency room on May 31st, 2009 and my copay(which they call deductible) was $100. I was formally told by Golden Rule that was all I would have to pay $100 if I were to go to the emergency room. Well my final bill was $581.00 that Golden Rule would not pay. Me and my family had gone into this restaurant to eat. We saw a customer smoking after we had already ordered our food. We told the waitress that the customer was smoking and she did nothing. After sitting in the place for almost 10 minutes we saw roaches on the walls and the chef in the kitchen was smoking as well. We went during their bussiest times, Sunday. We thought it was a good place but we left and paid our bill without eating. Inspection needs to be done on this place and if it was done maybe someone didn't do an accurate job.
