I placed an order for a small $4.95 book through DBS Books. A few days after the order was placed I received and email stating that the book was unavailable and that the order was cancelled. A couple of days later a company called Smart Savings Center charged my credit card for $12. I called them and complained about this charge, in which they stated that it was for a membership I had joined while ordering my book. In early 2008 I bought a company on line from Casey Consulting/Millenium Maraketing. The person I actually did business with was Brian Thomas. Their telephone number was given as 1-866-268-0360. Brian gave me the number 1-702-644-9404 as his personal cell phone number. I signed up for a free trial for this product. Unfortunately the free trial turned into an automatic enrollment for $90 per month after 15 days. This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. The representatives are like robots that simply read everything off a computer and have no idea what is going on--ever!!! WOW! What a scam. The product sucks, and then when calling to cancel, you can't hear them because it is so loud, then, what you do hear, you can't understand. We bought 2 years in a row two husky power washers. The first one broke, the second one husky powerwasher 1800 psi - more expensive - has an internal water leak and therefore no power. There is NO Free trial from this Outsourced customer service company. Read the terms and conditions. I found I could not get away from them without paying an additional $25.00 for the free trial. Once you accept the free trial you are enrolled in an automatic plan at an outrageous price. I tried to stop the order - that was not possible. This company put a fence in for me some time ago and it has been a hassle ever since. The gates never have worked and are out of alignment, the fence is uneven everywhere.
