CCC R. has a legitimate-seeming first page 'screening application, ' then lures applicants to a second page where personal and private information, including credit details is sought. Went to HEB to purchase groceries on 6/18/09. On 6/20/09 went to purchase an item that only cost $22 from an online company. My debit card was declined due to lack of funds. I know I had enough to buy that item so I checked my account online. That is when I found out that HEB double pulled the money from my checking account when I bought my groceries.
