I ordered a free 15 day trial and, according to the website, was given 30 days to cancel my order before my credit card would be charged $89.98 bi-monthly. After signing up for a free trial, I attempted to send a message through the website address and was sent a "failure notice" even after several attempts. This made me suspicious so I looked online for complaints against the business, of which I found many. I was unable to send an e-mail, as the address provided was not valid. Hi, I have 4 Harbor Breeze outdoor ceiling fans on my patio, they are 5 yrs old. Me and my friend were in the hot tub the other night and we heard a loud noise, we looked around and saw one of the fans wabbleing, then we saw one of the blades had broke off and flew across the patio and hit the side of the hot tub. I bought a rather expensive ring from this company (www.wood-rings.com). It started falling apart within a few days of receiving it. The company refused to discuss warranty options with me and proceeded to ignore me. I only managed to get some talks going by initiating a dispute through Paypal. Unfortunately Paypal would not get involved so the owner went back to ignoring me. I am now the owner of a $500 pile of wood chips and metal. They claim to have a license, insurance and bonds for PA, NY, MD and DC but do not. They can not be trusted. The application on a popular networking site did not inform me that I would be charged for the text messages before I disclosed my cell phone number. With this the buyer escrows funds to pay for the work and RAC releases on there order to the coder after work acceptance. I bought a 2300 Chatom and Wells mattress from Sit and Sleep with a Mattress pad that would guarantee the mattress from any stains. The mattress has sunken in over the five years and I called for the warranty inspection to have it taken care of.
