Got NITRO PDF creater thru Frys with Mail-in-rebate for $50. Submited on May- 25-08.Sent all originals to them and had copy with me. Oh my!!! I wished I reviewed all these complaints before dealing with A&E service repair. NO CHANGE with their poor quality of repair. I am still waiting after a week. Called Whirlpool on Saturday because after 1 month owning this refrigerator the fan goes out. We lost all are food. Whirlpool representative sent us up with A&E on Tuesday between 8-5. Ha! This company scammed me out of $129.95 for products I never ordered and refused to issue me a refund after I returned the items to them. Instead they mailed the products back to me and kept my money. They get access to your credit card when you order a free 14 day trail of acai berry and pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. They are big time scammers. My elderly mother in law received these pills in the mail. She mistook them for her regularly mailed prescriptions. She asked me to open the bottle for her and that is when I realized what they were. She suffers from a heart condition as well as many other illnesses. Taking these pills would have surely had some kind of serious impact on her health. This company is a scam and we have had to stop further charges by changing our credit card provider. I had the same problem with the AcaiPure that I ordered for $4.95 and then was charged an additional $39.95. I entered into a contract with GENE HIRSCH the owner of National Foreclosure Consultants Network, to purchase a database of qualified leads for my business. I paid him $4500 and what I got was a lot of garbage. 50% of the information in the database were disconnected phone numbers, or wrong numbers that DID NOT qualify for what I paid for. They sold me a demo with limited power and they have refused to refund my money when I sent it back. They don't respond to phone calls or emails since October 2008. I purchased 5 new appliances from Home Depot in May of 2006, spending close to $8000. The Maytag H2o is a complete piece of junk. I had the first circuit board failure about 10 months ago, with the ice door opening and shutting constantly. It had to be replaced, taking more than a week and two service visits. I ordered the free trial for 10 days and was only to pay shipping. I received the box on a Friday and tried it. It was very cumbersome and I didn't feel it was worth getting more of after trying it a few days. Five days after I received it, I saw that I was charged $78.23 and tried to contact the company.
