Martin Frimberger owner of RentalsinMarcoIsland.com rents vacation homes on Marco Island. We sent a deposit to Martin Frimberger of $750 in March 2009 to reserve this house at 820 Newell Terrace as listed on his website www.RentalsinMarcoIsland.com. When we contacted Martin Frimberger in May 2009 to send the signed confirmation letter, he told us that the house was no longer available and we would have to choose from 2 other smaller houses on his site, neither of which suited our needs. He was offering us the listed prices for these other... read full review »

Robert Mettler May 21, 2009
I have had this telephone service for 8 or 9 years. I always pay my bill on time. I recently cancled my telephone service but quest continues to bill me for ATT long distance, which I never ever had. Att says quest ordered this in 2002, I never made a call but they billed me for one which they(att) removed but they said quest had to remove the long distance because they had ordered it. they continue to bill me even without the phone service. How do I get rid of them? read full review »

We called them several times to do the aeration, there is no one physically available to talk to you, it is always answering service, never to deal with them they are fraud. I too ordered the "free samples" and on the 15th day I see charges of $9.99/$87.99 and $73.99 all for the samples that were sent. They will cancel future shipments but they will not credit these charges and in this day and time who keeps several hundred dollars in their account that is not allocated to bills!!! Needless to say I have extra charges to find money to cover and can't pay my bills. So much for wanting white teeth. read full review »

DriverAgent.com
johnr4 May 21, 2009
Hi, I was trying to reinstall the operating system on my computer. DriverAgent.com preyed upon my frustration at finding drivers for my operating system. They said that they had the drivers I needed after running a scan on my computer. When I paid they forced me to buy other products that I did not want. Should have been a sign. I was happy to spend the money to get my computer working. However, once I had paid and downloaded the drivers that they suggested, it turns out that the drivers were not even close to what I needed. I agree with the complaints, I will never buy a product with free trial period, I ordered the product, and they count part of the 14 days from the day you order, not the day you receive it!!! It took about 5-7 days to receive, and you need to cancel by the 14 day!!!from ordering.. also the website stated 100% satisfied, but like I told the "manager" on duty, I was not a 100% satisfied, and would gladly return the unused pills, but he stated, we do not accept opened products!!! Over two years, my husband and I have used Deluxe Cleaners, 5638 Saratoga Blvd 120 Corpus Christi, Texas. Recently, I reported that my suit was damaged during the dry cleaning or ironing process, making the suit not wearable. It is obvious the damage occurred there and consistent with their equipment. The 1 1/2 year old suit was cuts noted underarms (similar to razor cuts). I took the suit back to the cleaners and Sonia, the attendant was defensive. I've written and published a book through PageFree Publishing close to 3 years ago and did not have the best experience, nor have I ever recieved any type of royalties or been given any sales data regarding the book's sales performance through the various websites through which its posted. The publishing experience which was originally supposed to take a couple months turned into close to a year through no fault of my own when trying to get it in print. I would not recommend them and further, would like to hear from anyone who may have had a similiar experience. You can contact via email at [email protected] read full review »

Overall, we have paid Global Web in excess of $3, 405.00. Ikea Kitchen Remodel
ADC May 21, 2009
I spent over 12 K on kitchen cabinets and counter tops at Ikea, which has turned out to be a mistake and nightmare. The quality of the cabinets are what I expected for the low price, so that is not an issue. My issue is the ongoing incompetence throughout this process, and more importantly is the poor customer service provided by upper management when problems occur. The sales people have always been nice, however the ongoing mistakes are a reflection of poor management and training. My last conversation with Sac store cust svc rep... read full review »

I have been looking for this product everywhere. Finally, I gave in and ordered directly from the manufacturer. First, the ordering process is very confusing and automatically adds on the Hollywood Bumpit even when you say "no." Second, the S&H is almost as much as the product! It is shipped via USPS in a 3.5" x 6" x 1" box, and takes 6 weeks to get from CT to CA -- which would cost MAYBE $2.00 to ship. This company should be ashamed of itself for such BLATANT FRAUD.
