Tan Your Hide is ruthless! After previously being with them for 9 mos and then renewing my membership, Tan Your Hide showed no empathy for my personal situation. After completed the first down load the program could not erase in our computer the previous version of Norton: it entered in a continuous loop displaing this note: "Prevous programs erased, please Restart your computer". Long story short, my fiance took our riding lawn mower to this guy and was treated like dirt. Only thing he wanted was to sell her a lawn mower of his that was old and in my opinion just junk. He would not help me load the riding lawn mower back up in my truck upon picking it up and told me he did not want to risk hurting his back since he was not charging me anything. I went to Zales in Glenwood Springs, co for a Diamond cleaning I asked the girl to please check prongs before cleaning. She came back out with my Diamond in her hand. Well, she says you had 2 loose prongs and the diamond fell out during the brushing. On March 12, 2009, an unauthorized withdrawal in the amount of $110.88 was made on our checking account. We have never had contact with TWX Sports Illustrated, never ordered anything through them, nor received any merchandise from them. I brought a down puffy DKNY white coat that I loved. When it was time to wash it I looked over the instructions and it said to machine wash. I followed the instructions completely. When it was done the coat smelled funny like wet feathers so I dried it some more. The coat is no longer puffy and it still smells bad. This was a waist of $99.99.
