On Monday, 23 March 2009, at approximate 6:00 p.m., I stopped at the local Arby's restaurant to pick up something for dinner for my husband and myself. I purchased 3 Super Arby Roast Beef Sandwiches and 2 regular fries. Within six hours of consumption, my husband began with extreme symptons of food poisoning. Within six more hours I also suffered from food poisoning, though not as intense as that suffered by my husband. I would like to have the Arby's restaurant notified and appropriate action take to inspect this location and ensure this does not happen to anyone else. read full review »

NO customer service and high shipping charges and I have no recourse. I responded to an email for ordering Shoes Under after seeing their ad on TV. The ordering process was terrible. You enter your credit card info first and then answer questions regarding the order. There is no place to review the order before it is placed. I purchased a copy of Magix Movie Edit 14 on January 24, 2009. After I installed the program, I had a hard disk failure and needed to reinstall the program. The program would not reinstall properly, so I contacted tech support. At first, they we reasonable. They offer to give a free laptop or ipod for doing a survey. Next thing you know is that you are being charged $19.95 a month on your home phone bill. I asked the company how many laptops or ipods they have gave away and the lady said they would credit my bill and remove the services which has NOT happen yet. This outfit has ads on multiple webpages when I searched for my favorite 1970s series. The ads offer "75% off" for a limited time, and link to the product order page, but the website says, and is, "50% off" (I did the math). No response to multiple emails. This site is a total scam. Read all the small print when you are accepting the terms and conditions. Mylife.com markets their site for $5/mo for a year subscription however when signing up they charge the full $60 as a one time fee. On top of this they enroll you in an affiliate company that charges an additional $19.95. I have tried to cancel this subscription and get a refund and both companies have been very evasive and non-cooperative. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! read full review »

I went to a Time Share showing at Millwood Landing at Millwood, Arkansas, August/September 2008, on the promise of a $100 gas card. After the presentation, we were given a coupon from Gas Up America. I sent in all the proper information and 4-5 weeks later I got a coupon book with 5 $20 coupons. We Canceled in Nov. 2008 and they picked up everything and still continued to charge us. Then when we would call to correct the issue we were told they would credit the account and it never happend. I submitted all of my forms correctly, they did not update status for long time. When I e-mailed them 2 days later they denied for the same reason everybody is complaining about. Very simply put my Toshiba Laptop was sent out for repair 4 times in a 6 month period and when I did not work the 4th time they wanted to give me an HP laptop as a replacement. The Toshiba I purchased was over $2200.00 with the extended 5 year warranty. They want to give me a $500.00 HP to replace it.
