Green Dot Corporation aka Columbus Bank and Trust
I filed a dispute concerning non-receipt of an item I had ordered. Apparently this gives Green Dot the right to hold my current balance of funds and my direct deposit amounts (totalling approximately $3000). WHAT!!! I get ripped off and somehow that gives them the right to KEEP MY MONEY!!! I am a single mother of 4 and they have every dime I have to my name held. I can't access it -- there's never a supervisor there to speak to -- I'm always told to wait for a "call back from the person I need to speak to". Does anyone at this place ever show up for work and how is it legal to hold MY MONEY!!!

Del Prado Collections
We were supposed to receive a free wood display case/chest after we paid for 6 minerals. We paid the expensive prices for the minerals thinking the case would make up for it. We've been waiting for the case for 6 months now. When I call they keep telling me it's back ordered. They have also stopped sending minerals out. Listen Up LLC is the company that telemarkets the Cylapril product. Not sure if the product works I've never used it. I see many complaints on this site about it. I am and have been in the medical billing industry for the past 26 years. I contacted and signed up with this country after hearing their ad on the radio. The rep was a crook and never returned my our after we had signed up. The policy hardly covered any of the benefits it claimed it would, etc.
In one sentence: This company is a fraud.
Do not sign up with them because your providers will not get paid, you will end up paying the providers, and you will not receive the benefits you were promised. read full review »

I received a letter that Citibank canceled my card. I NEVER had one late payment, did not go over my limit. When They canceled it, I had a ZERO balance. I have a house in foreclosre (like many right now), which made my credit take a hit. So, even though I HAD NO LATE PAYMENTS, they canceled my card. read full review »

I'm a former employee of the pantry. I have been unlawfully terminated. I worked for 9 months without so much as a write up or a large cash variance. I worked on third shift and worked extra hours for the truck days. After a small rush at 3 a.m, before I could drop my money I was robbed at gun point. Morgan Chase Bank, NA. on a home I own is Cincinnati and noticed on the court filings that CACH, LLC. placed a lien on my foreclosed home in February of this year 2009. They cut the number of workers in half and doubled the amount of production required, expecting one worker to work on two machines in injection. In glass, the assembler does not have a relief to take her place during breaks and they are required to keep the machine running, so when the assembler returns, there is a great deal of work to get down. AffordableTowing and Recovery Of Norfolk Inc. towed my vehicle from a business where the signs conflicted. Affordable towing and the business (456 Fish) have both admitted the space is used for court overflow during the day. I was parked in this location after the business told me it was OK to park there. The signs indicate towing between 6PM and 2AM.

MY FATER IN-LAW WAS TOLD 18 MONTHS AGO THAT CON-ED INSTALLED HIS GAS METER WRONG. HE TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.

I noticed that the ribbons on these mylar Mother's Day balloons are hanging down to my chest walking to look at items in the front of the store. They were in my mouth, nose, eyes, hair and on my face. I complained to the person checking me out and she said there was nothing she could do and there would be alot more of them this week for Mother's Day. My husband I stopped at Sonic drive in near our home at around 3:30 p.m. on a Sunday. There was only 2-3 cars in the drive in. We ordered the following: 1 Large vanilla malt, 1 regular snickers blast and 1 large onion ring. The whole experience took 30 mins and when we got home and bit into an onion ring and it was rotten. We also rec'vd a small malt and were charged for a large. I hope this information reaches Sonic Corporate there is no excuse for rotten food. The GBS website of course prominently displays the reassurance of a full money-back guarantee but that is just a deception. To get a refund you must file your bankruptcy petition (using their crappy software of course) and then the filing must be rejected by the court.
