I called NTB on Sunday morning, to make an appointment for an alignment, tire, rotation, oil change, and replacement of turn signal bulb. I brought the car in before 9:30 am, was told it would take a little over an hour. TWO hours later, Dave said the car was done-went to checkout, and guess what? they FORGOT to do the alignment! I asked what took so long-they said replacing the bulb! So- I had to wait more time--another 15 minutes. Never heard of doing an alignment in that time. The first thing is the lack of any knowledgably in the marina personals minds. No one here seems to know a thing about boating or marina management. My father and I went to the dunkin Doughnuts and every time we got a coffee or iced coffee it taste like water. Advertises on line as a mortgage modification co. I paid $495 back in Jan. Every time I emailed them to the progress of the modification, all they gave me was lip service. Purchased aqua fresh water filter WD285 for whirpool 4396508 replacement. Aqua fresh filter sizing was incorrect and caused slow drip leak that caused damage to foors and basement of $10, 000. Have contacted Aqua Fresh and supplier that i purchased from and to date no response. This afternoon, I had a technician come by to repair my GE profile series dishwasher for the same back-up problem. At the time of the scheduled appointment, I clearly understood that the repair cost would include a $69.95 trip charge and cost of parts should the repair require. Purchased vehicle they told me the convertible top did not leak and it would pass Pennsylvania State Inspection. Took it for inspection it failed. It need tie rod ends, wheel cylinder leaking, exhaust leak. Took it back to to 1st class auto sales they sprayed brake cleaner on the wheel cylinder replaced tie rod ends and didn't fix exhaust leak.
