87.13 was withdrwn form my credit card without my okay. I tried numberous time to call their customer support number and was put on hold for up to 45 mins. Finally I was connected to a person named Gale #2385. She just kept telling me she would cancel my assount and gave me a conformation #263090. She also told me I WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO THE REFUND DEPARTMENT but she could not conect me or give me a phone # OR ADDRESS FOR THEM.She said they would reach me by e-mail which they have not done. HP LAPTOP AT CCTY
I took my laptop in to CCTY and they cannot tell me where it is etc etc/
Called there Assurance company they don't know either. I should have had it back on the 4th of January 2009. Now what> Non one will help me... They should close this place up and take inventory of everything and also the people that the have their products taken they should be given a full refund.

I was living in the same apt as another person during 12/14/05-9/28/06. the person living in same apt with me moved out and her

I too have got a receipt and it's listed I could go to this website and register to win a $2500 shopping spree. I can't find it either. Isn't this a major scam? Budget Car and Truck Rental
On September 2, 2008 my daughter and I rented a Budget Rental Truck. We paid for two drivers, and a 'zero liability' insurance, should any damage occur to the truck. From the truck rental lot, my daughter, who was driving the truck followed me to the Nashville Airport to return a rental car that I was driving. Damage occured to the overhead of the truck during this trip to the airport. We immediately returned the truck to Budget Truck Rental. I signed up for a free trial of there sleep aid product. When I received the product I was sent a bill along with a bill for 34.95 for the trial I signed up for and when I called to get it taken off. I was told it is 15 days from the day of the trial that you can not remove the charge even though I haven't gotten any product other than the trial. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYBACK.. they lie. I sent in two very good books...one they say heavily stained and the other missing pages. These books were both normal college used texts. I've used this online service for years, and it's getting worse each time. We paid for the e-file service. We paid the simple pay fee . Simple pay is when they setup fees to be direct deposited to their bank then transferred to yours. What a joke. Upon clling four weeks after filing no one could give me any accurate information. They blamed the IRS for the delay in funds. After being on a wild goose chase with each CSR it went back to the same anser! The IRS posted the wrong date of deposit at their website. Wow...

This company has fraudulently charged me twice for $79.95 for a product I never ordered-diet pills. I had to block new charges and have my ATM card cancelled and reissued, but still have not be reimbursed for the $160.00 in charges that were taken out of my account.
Calling them is pointless. The number when it answers sounds like it is hooked to a fax machine. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Many people have complained about this. What can be done?

My car was brought in for service on the oil pan gasket, timing belt, camshaft seals and was charged $708.54, also including front brake pads and labor an additional $150.00. I brought my car home and my brake lights did not work. I brought the vehicle back to them and they fixed it. They said it was the fuse and they replaced it and of course charged me. Warning, this mover is definitely not professional or dependable! When the belongings didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery dates the mover had to be contacted. Twelve days from pick up the belongings were still in the mover's possession. The mover failed to contact the customer regarding any changes made concerning delivery. He stated that he had changed his mind and would not be delivering the belongings as previously agreed (even though he was paid 75% in advance) claiming the move would not be profitable for him.
