After waiting 2 months after being gaurenteed the product in 2- 5 weeks and calling and wanting to cancel the order because we had yet to recive the product, and we had no credit problems so they had already released our loan for the product we never got them!! I have purchased from this store several times, and they've become one of my preferred vendors. The items I've purchased are reasonably priced. This was a premium product, with all vendors offering pretty much the same price; Beverage Factory had a 10% discount, which helped. Order was placed on a Sunday. Dont't utilize this seller, they suck you in with low prices and then sell you accessories that don't work and are valued at 1/3 of the price charged. When contacted they will take the merchandise back at a 15% restocking fee even for products that don't work. You can tell by reading the reviews that this place is TROUBLE. Too bad I read them after placing my order. The site lists an item in-stock, but never ships it after the purchase is made. Once you are finally able to cancel the order (which was very difficult to do), they insist you have been refunded, but you never receive your payement back. I ordered a Bello AVS2763HG TV stand and had immediate buyers remorse, as I only did a superficial search for the vendor feedback. Much to my chagrine, they showed up with a number of storefronts and very mixed rating although the price was excellent. I started planning out how I was going to contest this on my credit card bill when to my surprise, the box shows up 2 days later, even though the order is still "processing". The box was damaged and open but that was Fedex's fault (Fedex would probably not accept a box in that condition from the shipper). Terrible company. I would never buy from them again. They look good and the prices are reasonable on the outside, but once you've made a purchase, customer service is not only bad, it's awful. 18 months ago my gersey burst and I submited a claim to Vision Properties. They sent me from pillar to post, asked me to re-send the claim which I did. I paid 4000 for there winter advertising mailer. I looked like an ad you would see in the Penny Saver. I was tied up with universal gas for their promise to lock low gas rate, which is not actually lower but they locked the price to a higher rate. I do not want to continue with their company but they want me to pay $250 early termination fee that was never mentioned to me in the beginning. I was switched to a Cobra plan through UnitedHealthcare in July 2008. My employor sends my payments in each month. But my policy has been canceled twice so far. We have faxed UnitedHealthcare copy of the canceled checks showing they have gotten paid but they still have not fixed my insurance. The 1-800 number is a joke, they just keep switching from one person to another and nobody knows what is going on. I have MS and I need my Insurance. I recently authorized a charge on 2.01 for grant information, then found out 1week later that another 70.71 was taken from my account for something I never bought. I too, contacted the website and requested to cancel any membership that THE company signed me up for and proceeded to let them know that I did not authorize this and I wanted my money back immediatly. This so called staffing agency promises full-time permanent job placement. You first have to pay upfront $50 money order or cash for a bogus background check. They ask for two forms of i.d. one of they being my social security number and drivers licence. The next step is come in as soon as possible and pay ANOTHER $50 placement fee. I was looking over my credit card charges over the last 90 days and noticed that Red Box has over charged me 6 times out of 19 transactions! Charges were $26.50 $4.24 $25.44 $2.12 $18.02 and $18.02. I am a contractor that did $40K worth of work for this scam operation. They do not pay their contractors, I have had to spend thousands filings liens and not more to get the judgments and then even more to foreclose on the property. They have a history of screwing small local contracts because they have in house attorneys who's only job is to screw their vendors.
