I had an extended warranty on my GE Profile Over the Range Microwave Oven. When My Microwave was not working properly I called GE for service. They sent 2 technician from Dial Appliance to check the Microwave, and they discovered that Magnetron Tube on the Microwave was defective and they ordered new one. I ordered the FREE teeth whitener and it will never end! The rebate form to make it free was to E'd and I had to request it 4 X's. Then I was suddenly on 'free trail' with wellness watchers MD. To get the rebate, I had to accept this 'trial period' & sign in with a password which was VERY difficult to get. Experian Credit Bureau has an automated phone system that seems impossible to use effectively--there is no way to reach a live operator to describe a problem related to incorrect information on a credit report. Repeated calls to the same number, with different code selections, still never lead to a live person. I had windows intalled through Weather Gard in 2000. I have had seal failure 3x and alot of problems with my Garden Window. I have been experiencing Black Mold in the Garden Window. Over 10yrs ago, I ordered model horses on a regular basis from these guys. I paid by credit card. All at once I get an order I did not place. I emailed them to tell them I had recieved this model and did not order it. I was pleasant and courteous, only asking that I be allowed to return the model and have them refund my money. I have had this policy and never claimed for four years covering my dog and cat. Recently my cat had to have a tooth extraction because of serious infection. The cost was $450. Upon submitting a claim I received a check for $56. Upon calling the company, it was explained to me that since (while under anesthetic) they also cleaned her teeth and that was not covered they would only pay a small amount. I cancelled the policy immediately. Typical of insurance companies always wanting to find a way out. I would not recommend this company at all. Two young girls appeared to be selling magazine subscriptions door-to-door in order to support their future educational desires in communications. I wrote a check for $57 to Face to Face Technologies for a two-year subscription to The Week. This occurred on 8-7-08 and I have not received the subscription and the check was canceled several days after it was written. The Internet shows a number of "Rip-Off" listings for similar incidents.
