On Jan 14th I ordered my 2 year old daughter her toddler bed. Was told it should arrive with in 3-5 business days. Jan 27th I called the babys r us hot line, inwhich it's a porn site. so I called the toys r us hotline. They told me that no one shiped it out yet and they will get on it. Ok fine I was some what o.k. The next day doing some searches about babys r us I found the THOUSAND of complaints about online shoping. This company will take your money and not follow through with providing the loan modification services that you paid for. I signed up with them in May 2008, after numerous numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them regarding the status of my situation, in October 2008 I requested my money back. It is now almost Feb. 2009, not only have I not received any money back from them, they continue to argue with me and frustrate me to no end. This companies customer service department is a joke. Woman are not being warned properly of the SIDE EFFECTS of this IUD. As a Mirena User for 2 Years, I experienced: excessive weight gain, swollen lymph nodes/glands, blurred vision, hair loss, slurred speech, vertigo, dizziness, confusion, ADD, high blood pressure & edema. What can I say? The reports on this company when you google them are shocking and the company has been sued in all 50 states. At my last knowledge banned in 2 states for abusive and illegal practices. The use court documents to intimidate consumers into releasing personal information. The documents are legit, they are used in court but the trick is WWR doesn't file them as required by law and they seem to forget that a JUDGE NEEDS TO SIGN the document before they can send a subpeona. This company is my 1st mortgage i was out of work for a month & they told me not to worry about my mortgage payment that when i returned to work call them and they would work out a payment plan with me. When i returned to work and called to work out a payment plan they said there was nothing could do for me to help me that i would just have to pay it as i could and it would report against my credit it not paid in full. Found this company on Craig's list. They advertised $1.50 per square foot installation. We contacted the number provide and spoke with Ken Olialo the beginning of Jan. 2009, to do a tile installation at a rental property. THis company supplies a free bottle, you pay shipping. If you do not call to cancel by the end of the 14th day, they charge you 83.17 on the 15th day. THe phone number listed on the pending charge on my account is 866-633-6706. The phone number is no longer in service. I hunted them down on the web. The correct number is 1-866-949-0138. I got an email stating Free Government money I opened it and was reading about it. They asked for $1.00 I gave them my debit card number on 1/18/2009. I downloaded two information downloads. Ok now I am looking at my bank statement and on 1/26/2009 $29.95 was taken out of my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I live on a very tight budget and I can not afford this. I need this back what can be done about this I have never had this happen before. Tmobile stinks. I have have over 5 blackberry curves in a less than a year. All the phones they sent over were defective. Anywhere form the screen not working, to the keyboards not functioning well, to software problems. name it and i have encountred them all. This last problem i had was with the battery. I never spoke to an agent but rather completed the order to an automated service listening to about a half an hour of additional sales pitches. I feel the ordering process was intentional confusing. This school is a place you do not want to attend. The dorm is an old motel. The rooms are gross and moldy and need painting and much more. No closet, no desks. The internet is sporadic. There is a pool onsite that is not used and it is black and dangerous. There are no activities here. No student activities except the sport you play. Cafeteria is awful. I was to have UPS pick them up using the prepaid stickers supplied. As instructed I had a pickup scheduled for exactly one week later (while I was on my honeymoon). i am getting bill twice a month for xbox360 live. one on one day and then again the very next day. i was charged on the 8th of january and then again on the 9th of january. i believe that one of them needs to be refunded. it only needs to be charged one time and one time only. this has happened a couple of other times before and i thought it may have been a mistake on my part but, now i have gone and talked to my banker and they suggested to contact you on this subject. i feel that one of those charges needs to be refunded to my account now!!! read full review »

Tube assemblies on dishwashers have cheap clamps that don't hold the tubes tight and it floods your house. Tube falls off and you don't know it since the flood is under the sink area and corrodes the wood. The technician agreed. They need to get rid of their cheap clamps that are loose and pop off, and put the product together correctly and not charge the consumer for their goofs and defects, regardless of their 1 year warranty. This company has the monopoly on telephone service to and from jails throughout the Country. Their pricing is astronomical. When pre paid on a credit card, they charge the cardholder an activation fee, EVEN after you have an acct. set up. On top of that, they charge a connection fee for each call AND the minutes dwindle quickly from the INFLATED cost of calls. $25.00 can be used up in less than ten minutes. I have paid over $1000.00 in 30 days and they CLOSED my card a month ago! Payment arrangements were made to bring my account current. The customer service representative confirmed that the payment arrangement was acceptable and would bring me current on my account. He forgot to tell me that the date I agreed to make the payment was 2 days AFTER the cycle date.
