I am of the opinion that Cabela's is using unauthorized means to collect personal, private identifying information. Their policy is disturbing, questionable, and suspicious. If you read the fine print of their return policy, the "100% gaurantee" is apparently a half-truth. The store manager issued a rain check for the item and stated the store would honor the rebate even though the item would not come in until after the rebate period ended. They sold me a Suv with the wrong size tires and numerous other serious problems and refused any liability. The owner of car Connection advised me that the smaller tire size had caused the previous owner no problems so they felt no obligation to assume liability for any of the problems I incurred..
