Just like everyone else, I was trying to get a payday loan online, got turned down, and then 2 days later I have a $99 dollar check that posted. The first response when I called the banks 800 number was that any company can create a check with a routing and account #. Finally I had to call the local branch I bank with and file a fraud complaint. Now I have to get new account numbers and everything. I originally signed up for a paralegal course through Meditec in August of 2006. Due to health problems, I never completed the course. A few months ago, I started to put an ad on GoGinzo.com. It claims to be an advertising service much like Craigslist, and they do comb through Craigslist ads in order to find dupes for their scam. Lasershield has been raising money for 5 years for individual investors, claiming to have a product that will make millions for the investors. The founder, Anthony Dohrmann, has been living off the investors money. Everything he has told shareholders has been a lie. The company has yet to produce a product. We did a job for AMPCO, and only received a fraction of the total amount due. We have been waiting for well over 6 months for the balance due to us. They recently purchased a new excavator for over $100k and yet, they still can't pay their bills. The owners are very immature and have a hurry up attitude, that causes equipment damage, property damage, and soon will result in employee injury or worse. Received check in the amount of $ 2, 920.00 in the mail yesterday afternoon. This credit card company is really bad. First off, my daughter was given a credit card when she was 17 and even placed her real information on this card. She turned 18 and lost the card and never made any payments. I wasn't aware this was even going on until she told me later. After purchasing my 52' LCD Sharp television in June 2008, I was excited to have view favorite shows and movies. I found Fluent through a web search, came up with their promotion of Customers Service. Basically, I spent $14, 900.00 to set up a campaign with them. I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. Very unhappy and frustrated with my (attempted) order from Apex Battery. I had purchased an Antec Neo 550 PSU that ran great since last November, then inexplicably died. After removing the PSU from my tower, I noticed that it was making a strange rattling sound like a piece had broken off inside. I purchased an Asus eeePC from which had an intermittent Bios problem which was on the first day. After calling them they sent me email telling me they would replace the unit _ GOOD LUCK - After driving for 1.5 hours to the store the, the service fellow said that because the unit was intermittent they would have to keep it and check it and then send it to ASUS for repairs if need. Prompt shipment but wrong parts. I ordered StarTech SNT127A mobile racks which are made of metal. Without checking with me they shipped Lian Li plastic mobile racks which are not compatible with my other Startech products, Wrote feedback requesting information, no response as yet, so have now requested an RMA number. A quick check would have clarified this before shippment. I am a very dissappointed customer (probably ex customer). If I receive an RMA number, I can ship these back being out time, energy, and shipping both ways, but they will make a small profit on the shipping and HANDLING charges. I placed an order on Monday, September 8 and received my frames on Friday, September 12. The speed of delivery was amazing! The qualifty was good -- I'm no expert on frames -- but they look good to me and satisfy my purpose. The only complaint I have is regarding the assembly. My wood frames were fully assembled, but I wish they would drill the holes in the back of the frames to accomodate the screws/clips needed to secure the art in the frame.
