In Dec, 2008, my husband ordered the Carol Burnett Show dvd box set from TV ShowMonster.com and it took several weeks to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for his mom. In early January it finally arrived via USPS. First we noticed that the product had come from Shanghai, China and the manifest was in Chinese! I thought Red Flag!! We opened the box and my husband noticed that the copies were bootlegged and a very poor representation of what should have been in the box. This has been such a mess for me! I ordered the Acai Berry on a "low" day... And ever since, i've endured nothing but bogus charges on my credit card! I've called the numbers listed on my statements, but to no surprise- its a recording that gives absolutely no information!!! I signed up to receive a free CD (shipping only). The shipping was $3.88. I was then charged $72 for a so called monthly fee for access to their website, which I knew nothing about. I purchased this warranty in November of 2004, paying an extra fee to get the "guarantee price refund, " where you get your premium refunded if you don't use your policy in the four year period. I complied with their instructions to claim my policy amount, they confirmed my refund amount and I faxed them all the necessary paperwork in November, 2008. I recieved notice of my escrow increase, upon investigation I found out that a Wind Storm policy has been put on my account that I was not aware of by the Insurance Department of GMAC. Our daughter gaves an undercounter radio/cd player for our kitchen. We used it for several times over a weeks period of time, mayber 20 hours worth of time, when my wife turned it off and now it will not turn back on. The face is a light blue in color but nothing works on it. No radio, clock, cd nothing. I have unpluged it and left for an extended period of time, nothing. Wanted to speak with someone by phone to discuss product prior to ordering it. Called many, many times with no answer or returned calls from messages. Upon speaking with someone (finally), found communication very difficult do to language differences. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 8700, Bilibi mislead me into thinking it was in stock. ONE MONTH LATER I cancelled the order after they billed my credit card, no camera. Excellent service from Billy de Cola of Big10 Media, Inc. Lightning fast shipment (actually arrived before it left, due to international date line!) It was a Sony DSR-1 DVCAM VTR, purchased through eBay. It had a slight transport problem common to all early DVCAM VTRs, and I got it fixed right away with Billy's help. Completely reimbursed. Dont't utilize this seller, they suck you in with low prices and then sell you accessories that don't work and are valued at 1/3 of the price charged. When contacted they will take the merchandise back at a 15% restocking fee even for products that don't work. You can tell by reading the reviews that this place is TROUBLE. Too bad I read them after placing my order. The site lists an item in-stock, but never ships it after the purchase is made. Once you are finally able to cancel the order (which was very difficult to do), they insist you have been refunded, but you never receive your payement back.
