Today i witnessed something so disturbing, i almost puked! I walked into Pet Supplies Plus of Lima Ohio and my heart broke in two! I ordered this on 1/209 as a trial order and it said you had 15 days from day or receipt to let them know if you wanted to return the product. The trial price was $6.95. It arrived on 1/13, slip showed it shipped on 1/05/09, order made on 1/2/09. On 1/22/09 I was charged the full priced of $59.95 which will cause me to bounce about three credit cards at the cost of $99. We installed Bruce Traffic Zone Flooring in a large portion of our home. One of the reasons we chose this product was the the 25 year moisture warranty. We now have swelling at most of the joints and in one bathroom some complete peeling of the top layer. It took 6 months for an inspector to come out, and his report states that the problem is due to the way we cleaned the floor. We maintained the floor like the warranty stated. This company never contacts or gets back to you. I have applied for several positions through this agency which is was even over qualified for and never heard from anyone. This company is awful. They are money hungry disgusting human beings that should not be in business. This company advertises one price and charges a much higher price when the order is placed. They advertise buy one get one free, but want to double the shipping charges also. So, a vegatable peeler, buy one get one free was: $14.99 each plus 6.99 S&H, then add $4 sales tax. They then ask you if you want two. This company changes their interest rates to the up category at their pleasure . one month it is 11.900 the next month it is 11.925%. A $39.00 late fee is tacked on if the payment is received after 5P.M. on the due date, even if you are paying double the amount due. In September 08 I bought an Aneboda bed frame and Lilliker Bed slats from Ikea. I didn't put it together until Jan. 09. I slept on this new bed one night and the next day I sat on the edge to put on my socks and the slats slipped off of the metal railing inside the bed frame. Priceline has said that they are affiliated with this company and that when you make a purchase this company will provide you with a one month membership free and a 15% cash backif you select to join. Bought the starter kit with no explaination of what was to come. Did not get a confirmation number or anything. Next thing I knew, my bank account was deducted in the amount of $186.00.
