PEMCO/LIBERTY BAY AUTO
danatrader13 January 23, 2009
Son crashed car into guardrail after skidding on wet pavement. We were old it would be over 10k to fix., thereby totalling the car(bought it for 12, 000 plus tax). Pemco claims Liberty Bay sent paperwork stating it would only be $8500 to fix the 2007 Nissan Versa. They told us our car was worth over 14K and therefore needs to be repaired not totaled. We said don't repair it! In two separate phone calls to Pemco and a voice mail to David Badgely We neither signed nor spoke the words to repair our car; we did agree to a $100... read full review »

I was staying at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center in Atlanta, GA. I had been there for a concert. After going to my room, I went to get a bottle of water, but only had a dollar one me (the machine required two dollars). I was standing at the elevator waiting to go downstairs and get change when a security guard walked up to me and told me there was a noise complaint. I assume it is my age that he walked up to me. He asked for my room number and I said, "983, " when in fact my room number was 938. (I had in versed the numbers, but I... read full review »

I received a letter with a subscriber number informing me that this was my # to log on to receive my $50.00 in gift cards. I remember ordering product from Body Control and this offer was made to me at that time. This is a total scam! If you receive one of these call the number IMMEDIATELY and cancel because after 7 days you will start to be billed for it's subscription. I placed an order with mrculpepper in December, 2008. My bank account was charged, but I never received the parts that I ordered. My phone calls and emails go unanswered, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce says that there is no business by that name at the address shown on www.mrculpepper.com. A search on the internet reveals that a huge amount of people have been ripped off by this bogus scam! I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission and the Golden Gate Better Business Bureau. read full review »

The Printer monthly newsletter
John Finch January 23, 2009
This is a monthly publication, sent by 1st Class mail. Until October 2008 it had been taking WEEKS for the publication to arrive. Now there has been NO delivery since October 2008. I know that issues have been mailed but they have not gotten to Palmer Lake, CO 80133-0994. The local P.O. folks have not received the newsletter; I have asked and they are aware of the publication. Need assistance it determining why the service is (a) so slow for a 1st class item, (b) how to fix that problem, and finally (c) where are the missing issues. Thanks read full review »

Citibank NRI Services

This has been the worst banking experience. I requested to close my FCNR account and withdraw the funds as I needed the money to buy a property. It's been 2 months and these guys have not released my funds yet citing one reason or the other. I have tried reaching out to their 800 number and also approached the NRI Service center in northern california. My advice to all, stay away from this crappy bank. read full review »

Here are all the companies who are working together to RIP YOU off!! PriceLimbo.com, Wuyi Tea, Fit-Fac.com, DRI Bromolite, and Nutrition Basics. I ordered Acai Berry tablets, that's ALL!!! I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry Pro on 1/6/2009, and I received it a week later. That left me 7 days to try the acai berry supplement before the 14-day trial would end. I ended up being allergic to the product - broke out in eczema on my legs after three days' use - and I called the company 1/18/2009 to cancel, following the instructions which are in the Terms and Conditions, and they told me that no charges would be made to my credit card. A & E Repair
firstuser January 23, 2009
A & E stands for Assholes and Enemies! This is one of the most pathetic, incompetent, and outwardly hostile company's I've ever come in contact with! I was misled two times about what time the service technician would show up. He finally showed up 5 1/2 hours after he was supposedly "on his way". Once he arrived, he showed no remorse for the fact I was lied to about his whereabouts and spent no more than 10 minutes at my house. He proceeded to diagnose the problem without even taking apart the dishwasher and... read full review »

I bought THE Wu long tea from QFL and didn't get charged extra but the tea it self from the company does not work!! I bought 5 boxes, some for me and some for my relatives and the tea didn't work for anyone. I think it's because it was off a website that just wants your money and they don't even show testimonials! So anyone wanting to by Wu long from QFL? DON'T!! there are other chinese teas like wu-yi that look like they might work because there are actually people on their websites who share testimonies, unlike Wu LOng!!! read full review »

After reading about their product, I went to this web site for further information. I filled in the information only to find they were going to charge over $132.00 to my Visa. I backed everything out and left the page. I did not complete the order. Acai berry-free trial
ledick January 23, 2009
I ordered what was supposed to be a free 14 day trial of this product. If it didn't work, you could call & cancel & return the unused product. I called to cancel & was told that my 14 day trial started on the day I ordered, not the day I received the product. What a crock. How can you possibly try a product for 14 days in less that 9. Very misleading, but I am sure this is how they sucker their customers. They also charged me the additional 78 dollars, some free trial. I have since filed a complaint with my credit card company & am changing my acct number so they discontinue charging me. read full review »

I did not ask to purchase the magazines. On the contrary, I stated that I do not purchase products from a phone call. They sent me free copies and ask if I would like to subscribe for further issues. I did not respond because I did not like the magazines. Ever since I ordered a Field and Stream from a kid at school, I keep getting requests to subscribe to similar magazines. I suppose Field and Stream gave out my name and address. What must I do to clear this up? I will NOT pay for a magazine that I did not purposely subscribe to. What to do?
