Pat gave me a verbal estimate for the repairs I needed to have done of "under $700". When done, he billed me $961 and wanted a check immediately. Most of his work will have to be re-done, it is decidedly unsatisfactory. His only response was that he's sorry I'm not happy. He has not offered to make it right, or anything. Consistently horrible customer service at this location. A bunch of snarky kids behind the counter who clearly don't want to be doing the job. They spend their time chatting with friends and flirting with the chicks instead of getting the orders out. My daughter was in from out of town and needed service on her Audi A4. She is a traveling nurse and carries a gun for protection. She purposely locked her gun in the glovebox of her car, but upon leaving the dealership, she noticed the glovebox unlocked and her gun missing. Since I was a guest of this club, the receptionist requested my drivers license. After my work out, I asked for it back, but he could not find it. The Manager gave me his card and told me to call back the next day in case it turned up. I called, but it was his day off. An employee RUDELY informed me that the club was no responsible for lost property. I'd like to complain about a recent service I had at Arty salon, japan town, san francisco. I went there to have extensions put in my hair. My hair dresser, Michi, immediately sat me down and took out the 2 options I have; curly or straight hair. She proceeded to put on the wavy hair for me. We had granite counter tops installed by Pietra Naturale, Inc. of Centerville, Ohio. The installation was very quick and the finished product shows it. Stove cutout is oversized and is visible. Piece behind the stove is uneven and is probably glued to the stove! The seaming is much poorer than I would have expected. Overall the quality of the fabrication and installation leaves plenty to be desired and is not on par with the cost. Lesson to any perspective granite customers: Do your homework. In May of 2008 I purchased a female kitten for breeding from Dallasrags . The kitten was raised from 1 day old by Minkcats because I was told that DallasRags house had burned totally down. You are virtually GUARANTEED to be encouraged to spend more money than you need to at this business. I was told by a friend who had issues there that despite having a car that was serviced only a month earlier that my inspection WOULD fail, and it did. Nothing was substantiated, but i'm sure they'd have happily overcharged me for the brake job they indicated was needed. Almost every customer in there for the 45 mintues i was waiting was told more was wrong with their vehicle than anticipated. I signed up for the survey program with this Home survey Workers business and in small print it indicated a charge of $2.95 which was not a big loss. Once I signed up, they people disappointed me. This company offered a free roof inspection. After the inspection the "roof inpector" stated that my roof was so badly damaged he was "afraid" to walk on it. We filed a claim with our insurance company and I check the company out. They have been kicked out of the BBB and are under investigation for working without proper municipal permits in El Paso County. I booked an international ticket with them and they booked me on an airline with only one plane! Well that one overworked plane never even showed up and I was stranded in Trinidad and left with no other option I had to take a 13 hr flight back to the US thru Canada for $1300. This is a paid posting and article writing site. They hire writers to post on forums or to write articles for third parties. The problem is they don't pay their writers. They take weeks and weeks to confirm that a job is actually completed before any money is placed in your available account. Then you have to wait around for them to send out payments of available money. There are numerous people on the site who are waiting for their money. I purchased an Inspiron 1501 laptop from Dell in June 2007. When I was on dell.com website I upgraded the memory to 1gb and upgraded the cd/dvd drive to a rw for both. I paid by credit card for their web services on 12/05/2008. A few days later I decided I didn't want their services and asked for a refund via their contact screen on their website. Their response (by a person named Samantha Davis) was to send me instructions on software installation. Two more attempts to contact them brought the same response, completely ignoring my refund request. Their advertising indicates customers can expect 100% satisfaction and simple cancellation.
