I ordered some toner that All-Laser specified as "minimum order two". The package that they promptly sent contained only one cartridge, and my complaint went unanswered, so I was stiffed for $17.50 (plus shipping). Similar horror story about Shuttle SP35P2 Pro. The system would not boot (DOA), so I RMA'ed it to them. They made me pay for shipping and said it is standard practice which I was all right with. Fun starts after that: They did not locate the package for four days after UPS delivered it. The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I ordered the Acai body cleanse online at the same time I ordered the Acai Berry supplements. Each was a free sample offer with only shipping cost of $4.95. I finally received the Acai Berry supplements after about 2 weeks and my bank account was debited $69.00 after the initial $4.95 for shipping. The same thing happened to me. I went online to check my account and saw there was a charge of $78.84 from Cleanse Body. I did not order it or request. I only ordered the 'free trial'. Hi, Dreadful awful service. I bought an expensive motherboard and it turned out to be faulty, I returned it and was eventually told that the damage must have been my fault (it wasn't) and that I had to pay the £50+VAT repair charge. I refused and had to send many emails quoting the law to them (they seem completely ignorant of the law regarding long distance purchases) before getting a refund of the purchase price. MB digital Underground has used electronic checks to remove money from two different checking accounts of mine. One check had my son's name on it (he and I are both owners of that checking account) with some odd address in Plainfield, Wisconsin. We live in Columbus, Ohio. I recently ordered a 1.33 GHz iBook G4. Found them via Google Shopping and saw they had the best non-eBay price on a machine. Order was processed and shipped within 24 hours, and arrived in the condition described. 24 hours later, I've checked out just about everything and I'm very happy with the machine. The information on the "My Account" page of their site doesn't update very often, and one of the phone numbers on the site (800 number in the invoice) is wrong.
