Went for a cleaning, for the second time at that place, and the assistant took an x-ray, I thought that's part of the procedure, the previous time I had it done same thing had happened so I didn't even ask why they're taking the x-ray. We contracted with this company on 4/25/08 to ship our car from CA to FL. I paid the $155 deposit. On May 13 I called them to find out when the car would be picked up. We needed it picked up on 5/21, no later than 5/23. They had plenty of time to schedule a pickup and it was not done. They didn't make any attempt to ship our car, yet ripped us off for the deposit. I am a college student, I had a $1000.00 limit, I was disputing a charge with a rental car company named Enterprise, the mechanic was supposed to pay the bill. Enterprise posted this charge without my authorization and Washington Mutual increased the limit to accept the charge, I tried to fight this with WAMU but they are dishonest. They now collect over the limit fees and I have not had any other problems with other credit cards that I have. Purchased a Starcraft 3612 Travel Trailer on 9/19/07. At delivery of trailer, Weight Distribution System install incorrectly, trailer was not properly prepped. Ongoing problems with repairs of the roof raising system. During the last set of repairs, part of windows were ruined, they are refusing to take responsibility. This periodontist and his rude assistants are horrible. All they think about is making money and they handle their business in a very unprofessional way. IF you are so much late for 15 minutes they charge you money and if you cancel more money. Just this week, 2 Dec I bought a gold & silver pine cone wreath from the Martha Stewart collection in K-Mart. I thought it was lovely but after hanging it on my door the problems began. Every time we opened the front door the pine cones would start falling off. The first time I had to use my hot glue gun to glue them on.
