Purchased top of the line LG frontloader from HHGregg (along with 15k of other appliances) and purchased the 5 yr extended warranty on ALL of the appliances. The LG washer broke, called GE service Protection plan, sent a contractor out, which said I needed a new motor and that is covered under LG's warranty and the part must come from LG. Unaurthorized charges on my credit card. Like others I did order the sample of Acai and paid the shipping charges plus the $1.00 charge. Then I was sent two more bottles that I did not order plus these charges of 89.31 that have showed up on my last two statments. Does anyone know if what they are doing is legal? How can they close our accts and then keep billing us the interest. Payments don't post on time, and then we get billed the delinquency charges. I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots for my daughters for Christmas. When they went to try them on Christmas morning they couldn't even get their feet in them. These boots were a size bigger than their other Uggs boots that fit them. I tried to call, email and fax this company, but heard nothing back. I don't use this account often. I found that the 5 day hold on checks and the teller service to be very slow. So, I only pay a couple of small bills with the account. When I stopped a monthly draw with the account, there was some money left. I wrote a check over a month ago, deposited enough money to cover the check and still had a balance. The manager is a very young, unexperienced Manager with the worse people skills I have ever seen. She has NO business being in a Management position, especially with NO prior experience.
