I ordered a jogging double stroller in August of 2008, the stroller never arrived and when I checked the status of my order the site said out of stock, although the sales site still has it as in stock. It is now December, and after a ridiculous amount of attempts at either an email reply or call back from anyone in the company, I still do not have a refund for my $200. For 1 year and 9 months, I got a lot of problem in Briarbrook Apartment. After few month, the gas range for cook and the refrigerator was bad. Thus they changed the other old gas range and refrigerator after I complain 3 times. But it will be OK, if new residence in Briarbrook because they are renovating right now. I started a a loan modification in October with U S Foreclosure. The only time I talked to them is when I called them. I tried to call them December 1, 2008 all the phone numbers I had for them were all disconnected. I got online and googled the company name and found several other complaints from people about this company. I have used this company for many years but starting last year, service and competence has gone down hill. I made the mistake of giving them one more chance this year, starting earlier by two weeks. Actually, this is not a complaint.I received my Rolex Blue Submariner two tone watch yesterday Dec 5th. (ordered Nov 14th).
