Order product on November 18. Payment deducted from my account November 20 with assurance cigarettes would be delivered in 3-5 days. It's now December 5th and still no delivery, phone call or e-mail. Phone and e-mail never answer or respond. There was no problem in the past, Problem began this fall. Recemmend we all contact both States Attorney in New Mexico and U.S. Attorney's office. Further, contact Profinium Financial regarding Keystone deductions. This operation appears to be indulging in out and out fraud. My final suggestion is we all contact CBS and ask that "60 minutes" delve into this fraud. read full review »

I signed up for a free trial of one of their products. They asked for my credit card number to cover shipping charges ($4.95). When I received the order, they also included Hoodiburst Gum @ $9.95 & Hoodiawater @ $29.95. I did not order these products, nor did I authorize the charges on my credit card. I enrolled in Care Credit because I, like millions of Americans, am without health care. My dentist accepted the credit company, so I began using them for my medical bills. I sure wish we had checked this website before we bought the Trutech TV/DVD player. The first one we got worked for about 6 months and then just stopped functioning one day. Fortunately, we had purchased the extended warranty. It took awhile to get the Target refund card, but we were able to get a second player. My local U.S. Post office has ceased mail delivery to our home. During the summer months we were having construction done to our home and our fencing was open during the day due to the activity. Mail stopped then and we were requested to close gate, move mail box to curve, provide immunization records for pets, and keep dogs locked. This company warns of an "optional" sand fee if you return the car with "too much" sand. In reality, they charge most of their customers the fee anyway, even if you vacuumed the car before returning it. It is a business practice designed solely to cheat the customer out of more money. I paid Eric Reben $1, 200 for 20 pre set appointments back in September and I have received nothing from him in return. I gave him 45 days to deliver and so far it is close to 90 days and he has done nothing. He claims to have a big operation but I have only ever spoke to him. She needed either a wheelchair or motoriazed cart as she is disabled and we didn't take her wheelchair with us knowing they usually have them . We purchased the samsung tv 14 months ago, and have had 3 projection bulbs to blow. Even though we paid for extended warranties, the first time, we had to drive 4o miles to pick up the bulb and then install it ourselves. The warranty is supposed to be for in-home service.
