I placed an online order on September 29, 2008. I received a confirmation e-mail, but that has been it. I have not received my shoes. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the status of my order, which was not returned. I called and left a message on the 800 number, which was not returned. I called the actual store number, but received the same answering maching as the 800 number. I called a third time, but STILL not response. I like my shoes. He will not give and information in writing or give you time to talk. The more information I ask for the harsh tone he get with me. $11.89 charge appears on account from Pioneer Media, LLC.. I emailed First Citizens Bank for an explanation of the charge. They responded and advised me to google the name of the co. and (for me) to ask them for a refund. Way to go First Citizens, big help. I called the wuyi customer rep to be refunded. I had no problem there. They returned my money to my account. The custotomer service rep also reassured me that there would be no further charges. A sepperate incident involved sending a email to a company and when they didn't respond I went thru my bank. My bank posted the money to my account with a conditional understanding that they would take the money back if when they asked for my refund and didn't get the money that I would return the money to the bank. My family had gone to this dentist due to our insurance. They advised my husband he needed a deep cleaning. (Scaling and root planing) which was $1500.00 He went ahead and had the treatment done. Then I went 2 weeks later and they advised me I needed the same, my was worst then his and mine would of been $1800.00. I did not have the treatment done, in fact I called my insurance company and had them look into this. I have never had any problems with my teeth or gums. This dentist office is the biggest rip off. I received a letter from United Online Collection Division that my account has been placed in our office for collection in the amount of $19.90 and to pay in full by November 24, 2008. My account has been closed sinse January 2008. I tried contacting the toll free number of 866-210-1700 and all I got was a recording and I did not have the option of of talking with a representative, which is very unusual. I filed a homeowner's insurance claim on August 18 2008, after my shower drain pipe broke, damaging my bathroom flooring (water damage). I recently was involved in an accident which totaled my truck. Under my contract with CarBiz Auto Credit, Inc., I would get another vehicle of same purchase price and value as when I first bought mine. And I would continue to pay just the balance on my account I owed. After submitting an accident report and several attempts to contact them nothing has been done to fulfill the contract and its been past 60 days now. On Oct. 21, 2008, I ordered all 112 uncut episodes of 4 seasons of The Big Valley TV Show on 31 DVDs. My credit card was charged the next day for merchandise. The company wishes its females employees to dress NOT professionally BUT provocatively. After the employee was told to do so, the owner then, when confronted with the situation at hand, denied all allegations right in front of the employee and the business manager, who was given the role of telling the employee to dress more provocatively, wear more make-up, and put more curls in her hair, as well! This company is REALLY messed up and a true RIPOFF!!! After realizing how bad they were, I had my credit union pay them off. They actually got paid twice and then refunded the overpayment to me after 6 months of carrying a credit balance. then, after 15 MONTHS, they said that one of the checks did not clear (after 15 months, they just found that out???) and charged the whole balance back to my credit card in addition to a $35 NSF fee and a $9.95/mo account charge. I have chosen Navis to ship my massage chair & a BOX with a lot of stuff in it. They picked up my stuff on 08/14/2008 but shipped it after a MONTH on 09/16/2008.
