I have an American Standard Americast double deep sink. It is chipping and scratching and I was told that this would not happen. That news sounded so good since I had metal sinks that did scratch and looked so bad, so I fell for the feature of the sinks, --hook, line and sinker and now I have the same problems with the porcelein sinks that I previously had with the metal sinks! November 5, 2008 We also bought a Kenmore Elite Trio Model # 795.775 in August 22, 2006 This morning 11/05/08, we woke up to a burning smell in the kitchen. I have a credit union account with Schools Financial Credit Union in Sacramento, CA which is where I retired before moving to the Northwest. I purchased a comforter set from this company in May 2008. My purchase was paid for with a debit card. They promptly took their payment. I finally received the product in June, and was not satisfied with the color. I returned the merchandise to the company. They received it on July 3. In an interesting turn of events, I contacted Marlow Furniture this morning to find out about a delivery scheduled for tomorrow November 5th promised to myself and my fiancee and what I found out was truly astonishing which for me immediately caused me to request cancellation of my order and a refund. My employer used to have payroll deduction for American Family Fitness memberships. After enough complaints they canceled the relationship. Somehow the payroll deductions continued. I agreed to order a magazine from a girl who was trying to get points toward a trip. She told me that I could order, give her the check, then cancel my order (by following the instructions on the back of my receipt) and my money would never be taken. We use this company and have pretty bad experience similar to others here. Not much damages little things but nothing very bad. my main concerns center around different movers coming to pick us up than supposed to. I was told it was there truck to pick up my luggage and no such services happened. Nationwide moving services is a broker with maybe 1 truck but that truck was not picked me up!! I am trying to pay my bill online. I couldn't get to the correct website. I have been trying now for a few days. I finally called today and spoke with a representative who told me that I wasn't typing in the web address correctly. Once I finally convinced him that I was typing the web address correctly, he told me that several people are having this same problem and to just try back in a few minutes. It has been several hours.
