I was just checking my recent banking statements online and I noticed a charge for $49.95 on my account from PVC My Computer Club and I have NO IDEA where it is from. I have no made any purchases in this amount and definitely not for computer ware? This has overdrawn my account and I received a $35.00 fee on top of it. I was sold health insurance by this company and advised there were no pre-existing clauses and that I would have no out of pocket expense UP to $20, 000/yr. Based on this information, I had surgery and am not being sued for $6, 000 due to Alliance only paying $4, 000 and stating they are not responsible for anymore. I received a phone call asking permission to charge $1 to my credit card to introduce Wealth 911. Once I quickly reviewed the sie, I was no longer interested. They were notified by email, as well as a conversation with my husband stating that we would no longer participate, and to cancel the program. At the time I believed it was taken care of. However, for the last two months a $39 charge has been posted to my credit card. I have not even visited their web site! Moved to Florida in 1999 banked with Hungtinton-which than became Sun Trust. Banking many years with same branch of bank. Than after a car accident I became disabled. Every month I go to my bank an they cash my check. Any other teller at that branch always cashes my disability check with no problem. I would like to file a complaint as this company obviously is sending our fake checks. A check is a written tender, and if I'm not mistaken, anything of this magnitude is a federal crime. On March 3, 2008 I received a call from a representative of Tafiti Consulting about signing up with them to learn web design and all the ins and outs of building an online business. They have very persuasive, high preasure sales people and before I knew it I had signed up. Do not buy from these people, they are ridiculous...I paid my registration fees, called and called for my new tags/plates only to find out 3 months later they have had 2 drawers filled with plates and tags from not only myself but other buyers as well. I noticed that $16.95 had been debited from my account 2 months by EZ Saver. I phoned them after the 2nd charge and was told I ordered something from another company and gave that other company authorization to allow EZ Saver to sign me up. I don't recall that ever happening. Now does that make any sense - one company you purchase something from selling your name and info to some other company you may never heard of. I don't have any complaint about Dr. Noie and his staff. No complaint what so ever. He is wonderful. He is a perfectionist and stands behind his work all the way. He is the only appraiser within a 3 county radius. This gives him a sense of guranteed business. He promise to have the apprasial turned around in 24 hours because I was refinance and had locked myself in so that I can skip two months mortgage payments. He assured us that the appraisal would be done. We did not get the appraisal from him until a week and a half later which caused me to kick out another 2500 dollars mortgage payment. My dog swallowed some claritin and I was really concerned about her. She's a big dog but she's still a puppy (6 months old). I looked up the number for animal poison control and gave them a call. Since it's free to call poison control for humans I figured it would be for animals too! Boy was I wrong! They were going to charge me $60 to ask a question. Shelah Johnson and her company, Techchex, owes me money since April of 2008. Shelah has come up with a slew of excuses as to why she could not pay her overdue invoices to me. I had to stop in, out of the blue to collect a smaller amount invoice on the spot. Curves is a complete rip off. I was promised that curves would be enough of a workout for me because of their new "Curves Smart" program that stepped up the workout. I have been on that program for 5 months and have seen no results. Half the time the system is down and does not work, even when it does it is a joke. I filed a complaint with the owner, manager, and corp. They tell me "Curves is not for everyone." We had purchsed 4 Kitchen Aid microwaves (Model KCMS1555RSS-1) in Feb. 06. Approximately, 6 mo. ago, one of the units malfunctioned (Serial # FGS3006428), in the off mode- the unit remained on and started smoking. When you call the number they direct you to the website www.wonderfulnanny.com They charge a $10 application fee. Last year a salesman arrived on my door. Stating he had the newest in water purification. I listened to a 3 hour demo. by the end he promised that I would be showering in Aquafina quality water (after finding out my wife drinks aquafina). Also stated the system was used by Coca Cola. I recently had my debt card number stolen (through the internet, I still had the card) and multiple charges were made including an account created on Netflix and their parent company Col*Video Company with three 30$ charges each, as well as a 18.32$ charge to Sci*Stamps.com. The day the charges were made I canceled the card and my bank (wachovia) will be refunding the money. I ordered the sample of green tea from MBM&F - Wuyi but realizied that I was not able to drink the tea. I notififed them immediately to cancel any further shipments of this tea.
