Came out to install garage door on shed. Two crews on two different days in the same week. The date of this complaint is dated October 15th because that is the last time I received a response from their support center. This whole ordeal started back in March of 2008 when I lost the battery cover on the back of the unit. The above info is the company I dealt with. I purchased an Olympus Digital Camera on the above date and I have had to return it to their factory 3 times. Their policy is not to return it to the store (Staples). The camera worked fine for the first month and then it began not turning on. Novi Insulation was the worst contractor I ever dealt within my life. Their crew damaged my driveway by backing up their utility trucks over a can of polyurethane foam which left gross tire tracks embedded into seven slabs of my my concrete driveway. I had to take them to small claims court just to recoup the $1700 worth of damage. The return policy is not honored. The owner claims the return policy is 14 calendar days from the date of order, rather than business days. Since this is an internet company requiring shipping time to deliver/return merchandise, "calendar" days leaves little time to receive, try and return (if applicable) the item. This is deceptive given the means by which the transaction must be completed and contrary to typical business practices. When my item arrived, the bag was not only faulty, but in very poor condition and FAKE! Cash Call is definately a rip off. I just happen to go through my e-mails today and found my reminder e-mail to pay my Cash Call loan. I decided to call them to check my balance (thinking my loan should almost if not be paid off by now). I have been telling the Customer Service Rep that the Diesel at that location exceeds the local economy prices for the past week. I stopped last week on or about the 28th of Oct to get fuel it was 3.39 a gallon for Diesel. I looked on the internet and found diesel on Verrans Parkway at a Chevron for 2.79 a gallon, on Buena Vesta for 3.11 and another for 3.20 in which all prices are below the Shoppette's Dixie Rd price of 3.39. Today is the 4th of Nov and still the cost is at 3.39 a gallon. Why are the AAFES prices on Diesel more expensive than that of the local community? Well once i received my 'Collected Whispers' that was supposed to be Immortal Verses. I looked it up online and saw that many other people had received this book to. Apparently, ALL of their poems were published on the first page, and when i looked to see if their poems were in my book, they weren't. I purchased a used Hyundai Accent with only 39, 000 miles on it. As it was used, the warranty reverts to 5-yr/60, 000 miles upon my purchase.
