The manager simply DOES NOT backup his policy of honoring the lowest price quote. He will state that your quote is unsubstantiated and that his price is lowest. ALSO, anything you buy there is considered a SPECIAL ORDER, which you will not be told; and NO REFUNDS are issued on special orders! So THINK VERY HARD before you buy there. I purchased a Rainbow vacuum (over $2400.00) in August, 2008 (from dealer in Las Vegas, NV). Part of the promotion was that I would received $400.00 in gas vouchers, to be redeemed at $25.00 per month for a period of 16 months. So far I have I mailed in $100 per month in gas receipts (per the terms of FreeBeeGas.com) for the months of August and September, but have never received a voucher. My gas code is AD42641500. Currently I am out $50 in gas vouchers. This company was so quick to talk me into getting me magazine subscriptions at a cheaper price than normal. However, they did not begin shipping me the magazines until 3 months later. After I asked them if I could cancel, they said that I would have had to mail in the cancelation notice and they would have had to receive it two days after I spoke with them on the phone. Previously in my apartment complex TVMAX was the only cable service provided, unless you wanted to get DISH and lock yourself into a contract. This companies service as far as install and issues.. is terrible.. either they don't show up and you have to reschedule. I took my 2008 Ford F-250 Crew Cab, Super Duty 6.4L diesel, 53, 000.00 truck into this dealership for repairs. The radiator developed a leak at 25, 000 miles and needed to be replaced. To make a long story short this law firm would ask for 500 minimum every couple of weeks and I sent it every time. I have fed my Cats Stater's Brand Canned Catfood for years. The last few weeks my cats have been unable to eat any of it!! Plus the stray cats and possums outside are not eating it either!! I have a similar problem (as Collin) with my Rheem Model 21VR75N 75 gallon Water Heater. In my case the water heater (WH) leaked towards the back of the unit so I didn't see that the leak soaked into the house/garage. I bought my house new and the builder put the water heater on a wood/sheetrock platform. I'm 8 months out of warranty but it appears the unit was leaking for quite a while.
