I went to my bank to withdraw my rent money about three weeks ago and found there was a hold on my account by Mitchell N. Kaye PC for a bill from 1991. I am completely appaled by the 'Routon Boom' commercials. These commercials are pasted all over the television networks and appear to be played more than the political commercials. Their lack of sensitivity to the people that cannot have children is unexcusable. The pain associated with not being able to have a natural child is undescribable. My mother is in a nursing home and I have been trying to get phone service in her room which was already wired for service. It took a week for installation and there was no service after they said it was completed. Yesterday I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours. After 26 hours the phone number was being answered but my mother's phone was still dead. I ordered and paid for several Girl Scout-related scrapbook supplies from this site in October 07 and never received them. It is now Nov 08 and no word, and the site is down. I had emailed the owner several times regarding my order and she kept telling me they were behind on orders, etc., but I would never have guessed that they were so far behind that they couldn't get the orders shipped by Christmas. I hope someone sees my complaint from Affordable Power. I called your company to tell them I was signed into an agreement for 12.9 cents unethically. Your company did not show me my customer bill of rights. You charged me an extremely high price (12.9 cents per kwh) for a COMMERCIAL business. I now have a different perspective about CCBILLEU that may be helpful to some of you who have also been automatically billed by them. Late September 08 a billing from them appeared on my VISA. I called CCBILLEU to inquire about it and to explain that I hadn't authorized it. The young man who took my call quickly consulted with a manager then said they would block further charges. Four charges for magazines appeared on my credit card statement. I never received any notice of renewal which should be criminal. When I called TWX at 1-800-927-9651, I got an automated system that allowed me to cancel my magazine. BEWARE: Please listen very carefully to all the options as only one allows you to cancel your magazines and receive a credit on your statement for the issues you want to cancel.
