I had never seen the bridesmaid dress for my brother and sister-in-laws wedding before. I was very excited about being able to finally see the dress after ordering my size. This company buys old debts and trys to collect on them. They use scare tactics to try and get you to pay amounts that are way above what you might actually owe and they charge excessive attorney fees for work that is not being done by attorneys and is basically boilerplate forms. They send false documents to the courts and think that rules do not apply to them. They will do whatever it takes to quickly get a judgment against you so that they can garnish your wages or levy your bank acccounts. Beware of this company. I enrolled at the university of phoenix's axia college. I was told that FAFSA would pay for most of the bills for my school and that I wouldn't have any lab fees. Then I checked out a bill for 2000k+ for just the two classes I was taking. I was misinformed and mislead to to believe that I would pay just 2800 (quoted price) for the whole year of schooling and that it was a great learning experience. Then I started my first day. The whole process is disorganized and misleading (totally misleading, they lied and then avoided phone calls). I purchased product online and was sent email with download site information. Neither websites were active and downloads did not take place. I did call the telephone number given out on their website and contacted customer service. They agreed to cancel my online purchased and refund my purchase. I can only hope that they follow through with their promise. Also I'll be keeping track of the billing to that credit card for possible scams. OptionOne & AHMSI, I got behind with OptionOne over a year ago, it took them 6 months to do the follow up on the financial analsys form I faxed to them. I finaly got a loan mod, after I made 6 months worth of payments. The wildflower Village promotes bed and breakfast accomodations stating a low price, breakfast included with champagne. On 10/30/08 I purchased a brand new Die Hard Battery for my car. Sku #72111277271. After putting it into my car, the car still did not start.
