I went to a clinic officed in Health Partners Regions' Hospital Complex for an office appointment. Healthpartners coded this office visit in such a way that my insurance company, Blue Cross/Blue Shield would not pay for the visit as an office visit. A electronic charge from my bank account after I applied for a loan. I retreived the phone number after calling my back to reverse this charge and debit me back a NCH fee. They gave me the phone number and i called. 1-866433-4096 and they said they were not a frradulent company so asked them to call my bank @ 3 way and they said we will refund you money the whole $49.95 ina paper check issued with 30 to 445 days.
