Everyting claim to provide you can not only do yourself but they also provide no legal protection . You can still be sued and held liable. Save yourself the time and make arrangments with the company yourself otherwise you end up paying legal fees and still giong to court. They charge a 150.00 fee if you cancel early it in the fine print. read full review »

I was unaware that I would be charged for the download services that I performed. I was under the impression if I was a member of Netflix, I could watch certain movies free of charge. All I ask is for you to cancel whatever I had downloaded on my computer for those movies. I will also have my credit card changed if need be. This is very unfare to do this to people without their knowledge of being charged. Please be kind enough to cancel the download to play movies on my PO. Awful customer experience with chickdowntown.com. I have made an order with that web site and one item which was 94 USD bracelet was not included in the package when it arrived. The Fedex package was safe with no damages, and the bracelet was not mentioned on the commercial invoice attached to the box. The bracelet was listed in the packing slip document inside the package though. I have contacted them 2 times via email and 2 times via the web site but it's been 5 days and they never answered however for each time I contacted them via the web site I received auto reply where they promised to answer my inquiry within 24 hours but it never happened. read full review »

I don't know where to start. In 2005, our dear Spot chihuahua had an ACL surgery on her left hind leg which we paid $1500, then an additional $200 for "rechecks." Spot's limp never went away and soon enough, she stopped walking and began to whine from pain. We spent $80 on Tramadol which the doctor prescribed. Spot began spacing out and vomiting. Attorney Mark E. Crutchfield of New York City signed separate contracts with my partner and I took our money and was never heard from again! Then learned he has done this to many many people and multiple complaints have been filed about him. Hopefully he will soon be disbarred and won;t be able to scam anyone else. he advertises on Craig's list and other places and has "offices" in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I ordered a sample bottle of the acai berry. Before I even finished it, a month's supply arrived, and then my credit card bill arrived with nearly $75.00 charged on it. The most harmful things the bullies in this particular pharmacy did were to attempt to demean, intimidate, humiliate, accuse and provoke me on a regular basis. Most recently a manager began and continued harassing me until the point she had disengaged me from production. Not only was the timex heart monitor user unfriendly it was a piece of crap. I called the Company the next day and reordered a Polar which was $40 more than the Timex yet the company charges freight $10 and a 15% restocking fee on all returns. To boot you have to pay shipping to send it back. Basically, at this point you have spent almost half of the original price of something you don't even have. We had no choice but to use WFS for an auto loan to get a truck for our business. We made all payments on time and paid the truck off in full. We have been working for 2 years to try to get the title of the truck from them. I just received a call over this past winter from a representative who stated that they lost the title and OH WELL for us! I purchased a RCA tv from Arrons sales& lease in Rome GA about a year and a 1/2 ago with the extended warranty. I would just like to thank Dave H from American Home Mortgage in Powell, OH for giving me a loan I could not afford. I will certainly take the responsibility for being dumb enough to sign for it. Within my 1 night stay at the Ramada the power in my hotel went completely out. My 2 children and i stayed outside for 20 minutes before the maintenance guy finally returned handing me a key and telling me i had to move rooms. Sales rep guaranteed this company covered 100% of repairs after deductible. I was paying over $400 a month for this warranty, but the first time I needed it, the company only agreed to pay $75 of a $250 coolant pump repair. After 18 months of ortho appointments, I do not recommend Smilecare in Concord, CA. Even though I had an appointment card; E-v-e-r--y single time I went in they were running late. They called for me 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had a similar experience to "Disaster" on this website with AirTran in Atlanta on October, 2 2008 with my wife's bag that she has been using on many airlines without a problem for several years. They were not so rude as they were unwilling to bend on their judgement that the bag was too large. While they stated the limit was 61 inches and that her bag was 63 they was a sign on their counter that said 62 or less. My 16 year old daughter was killed in a single vehicle fatality. The 16 year old driver was 100% at fault with many violations. The insurance company contacted us immediately to settle the Wrongful Death Claim that they filed NOT us. I ordered the YOUTHOLOGY product to check it out. I meant to send it back, but had lost the packing slip. One month later, I received a Youthology charge on my bank statement for the same amount, although I had not requested another shipment. I was told, essentially, "tough luck". I had to receive the shipment, pay for the shipping and handling, then pay for shipping and handling to return the package and THEN I would receive a refund from Youthology. I found Investor's Building and Loan while doing an internet search. I spoke with a man named Darren many times and also a woman named Katie. They told me that I would have no problem getting a loan but needed $495.00 to process the loan apps, etc. Once they received my $495 it became very difficult to get a hold of them. They know how to play the game and keep you hanging on hoping that the loan will close soon. We began correspondance with them in October of 2007. We still do not have a loan. Charges appeared on my AT&T Bill, apparently Your Product BIll INC charged me $8.64 for some kind of vmail monthly in which i never authorize or used. i called them and had i cancelled and told them i never authorized such a thing. the rep. was not very helpful, i told them i refused to pay any charges associated with this scamming company. read full review »

I don't how they got my cell # but they did and they call everyday at least 10 times a day and every time I pick up they hang up on me. When I try to call back no one answers the phone. This company debited my checking account for 49.95, claiming that I have fees for a credit card that they are going to send me. My bank showed me the bank draft and I was livid. The customer service number was on the draft, so I decided to call. I was caller #17 then when my turn came the operator says, were sorry all of our customer service representatives are not available ''sorry for the inconvenience''. And hang up. Then I type the name in my browser and there are more people telling the same story. My bank is disputing this for me. Parkingticket.com is a ripoff. They do everything possible to keep your money. They know how the systems works alright and they capitalize on it. They didn't beat my ticket, I could have paid a reduced fine but didn't per their instruction. The next thing I know I had a penalty. They didn't beat my ticket or get it reduced. I have gotten the run around from this company for the last two months about processing my gap insurance. They sent me a list of documents that I needed to send, and when I send them tehy first claimed not to have recieved them, and when I sent them again they told me that they needed additional forms. I sent those and they are now telling me I need a form from the police report of the accident that has already been sent away for state archives.
