I placed an order for free strips. I was told I was responsible for shipping costs of $9.41. I was never told I was enrolled in any club, or ongoing services. I have been charged over $48 repeatedly in my bank account. When I called customer service, they were rude and insist that they mailed me additional products and I just need to return them to get reimbursed for products I never ordered. Have called credit card company to cancel card and have requested a "charge back". Also, will call the Better Business Bureau in that area. I signed a contract with online america and they said I had 14 days to cancel. I cancel throuh their web site and before I heard a reply it was past the time to cancel so they said I would have to pay the the 19.99 amonth for a year. They wer suppose to give technial support to set up for advertising and they did set the appointment but then never called. I had significant asymmetry in my breasts: my right was a D, and my left was a C. Dr. Susan downey operated on me when I was 16 years old. I ordered a replacement lamp in June and after 3 weeks of different stories of when it would arrive I cancelled the order. I had not received the refund after a week and called to complain. I was told that they had just changed their process and could not refund my card and that it would be sent out in the form of a check. I purchase a RV warranty from Heritage on 5/25/2004 with it came a refund guarantee. If no claims were made on the warranty for the duration of the contract (4 years) that I would get a full refund of the contract price $4885.00.
