I exclusively use my cell phone for phone calls. My land line only exists so that I can have DSL internet service. I do not have a telephone plugged in to the line. The owner, Mitch McGraw, makes lots of promises but some will be unkept. His fish processer did a terrible job of getting our fish packaging done properly. I have Brinks Security. When I purchased their plan I also purchased the insurance to cover problems with the system. I recently went through Hurricane Ike. when I finally regained power, I noticed the alarm was not working. www.justbicycles.com shipped me the wrong bike, refused to provide me any form of receipt for my purchase. If I return a $154.95 bicycle, it will cost me $40 to have had them ship me the wrong bike, $40 cost for me to ship it back, and then a 20% "restocking fee". So I would have been out of pocket $110.99 for a bicycle I did not order. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had online. I called terminex to take care of temrite activity at our home, after three different cancelled appointemnts they came and quoted $1, 500.00 to take care of the problem. Again after two canceled service appointments, they finally showed up, they spent one and a half hour treating the termite. Two days later we called to let them know we still had termites flying around.
