I enrolled in federal debt relief system in April of 2008. They are supposed to eliminate my credit card debt. In Canada they will not sell Miele through dealers anymore. There new system is to go through their 'Service' line (1-800-565-6435). When you finally talk to someone they give you a run around about the correct part and when they finally send it... it is the wrong one. They don't want to supply you with any billing information and now I see why. It is a sad thing that such a great company is going down the tubes. My hot water I had a pin hole leak in the cold water pipe spraying water everywhere. The plumber replaced the hot pipe which by the way was the easier one to replace because it did not have any shut off. Wilkins sent the plumber back out I showed him the leaking pipe.
