Even though new frames and lenses had not been ordered by the store, and I canceled the request the next business morning I was told that they never refund money; it was theirs to keep (per manager). Though countless messages were left for the franchise owner, and a faxed letter was sent politely requesting my money not be held hostage, no one has replied. Dr. Dover is the director of Skincare Physicians of Chestnut Hill. He always thinks about money. He had purchased such expensive laser machines/units and so he has to make some money out of it. I ordered hardwood from Walter and Jackson Lumber Company in Pennsylvania, I didn't special order anything. I ran out of the wider 8" boards, and instead they sent me smaller wood I did not order. Our experience with schumacher homes is not a pleasant one we personally found them below standard. Whenever I would catch something during construction the first response from our personal builder was always full of fluff. I purchased Quickbooks Premier 2007 on August 28, 2008 from Soft4Download. I was able to use the product for about a month before the program demanded that I register it with Intuit. So as instructed I called Intuit to register. It was not long after I had given the operator the product and license key that the operator told me that I had purchased a pirated copy of quickbooks. I provided exceptional maintenance services to spence management group who owns 65 burger king stores in Illlinois, Ohio and PA. The work is above average, I did $5600 worth of free extra's and they out right refuse to pay for any labor. Since this problem of getting paid has started, I have found another 5 contractors who have been screwed around and not been fully paid if at all. THis is the standard pratice of this organization.
