After a couple of emails the wrote me back telling me their masters were the ones that were defective and they couldn't send me new working dvd's. So they offered me a refund. The vet stated our pregnant dog wasn't going to be able to give birth to her puppy unless she had a c-section. We couldn't afford it and we offered to make payments. They wouldn't accept payments. My husband and I went into our local Ashley furniture store for a tv stand and walked out with $4000.00 worth of furniture. A tv stand, loveseat, sofa, rocker/recliner and three stands. Six of the seven pieces had issues with them. This place has been a nightmare. All we wanted was our family to have cleanings. our insurance pays this 100% including the x-rays. We get a bill for everyone that we owe money!!! We received a call from this company, and it had all the earmarks of a scam. We were going to get $300 of gas for no apparent reason, and all I had to do was pay a handling charge, using any credit card after I received the gas card. I pressed him about sending a check instead, and he said that was fine as he continued to talk about credit and gift cards as payment for the handling. This was too good to be true, and I hung up. This is also the first time I've entered a complaint like this. Gemb lending inc. has horrible customer service. I have been making my payments on time for my rv loan for over seven years. I recently seen my credit report and it showed late payments on my account. I found out over two years ago they lost a check I sent, always to the same address. I now have over $700 in late fees. I was never sent a statement or called about the late fees. I was stunned to learn that Porsche would not warranty the clutch on my 2007 Cayman S with less than 20, 000 miles. They say it is a wear out item like wiper blades and I should bend over to the tune of $3500. I allege that I was not given the proper change. The cashier is saying the video is showing her giving me two twenties instead of one for change. I though the lowest I had was a $50. My fiance and I ordered a dress for our wedding. We paid the down payment upon placing the order. After recieving the dress (and paying the remaining balance), we noticed some chalk marks on the dress. We returned the dress to the store.
