We broght a Calphalon non-stick Wok for $99 about 1 year ago. This products came with a life time warnaty. Recently, the wok became stick so we brought it to one of Bath and Beyond stores in Gurnee, IL. Quickly, I got one wok, but not the one I have. Movers damaged large china Hutch, hardwood floor, dropped a 35" televeision and broke a 20x30 picture. I hired Harry Glen to do drywall insulation, paper insulation in the ceiling, painting, popcorn the ceiling, and new baseboards installed for 2 rooms-bedroom + computer room. It has been 6 weeks and I can not get a response as to when my $300 pet deposit will be returned. This has been an going issue at Kenton, I had to move out because of the conditions, the apartment would never be any cooler than 78 degrees no matter how low the thermostat was set. I had repeated asked that it still does not operate properly. Heed my warning and do not move the only time they are friendly is when you sign and on the first of the month - when the rent is due. My 15 year old Son worked all last Summer and part of Winter to buy this X-Box 360 Elite and the intercooler ( a good system should not need an intercooler!) and has had nothing but problems with it. In August 2007 we purchased a Craftsman 4 Ton low profile service jack. In March 08 we returned the jack because it was leaking oil and would not hold the weight of a small car. When they delivered on 8-22-08, the Table was damaged. the delivery guy told us to keep it and he would ask them to come and exchange it. This company has non-exist customer support. I have been trying to receive information of upgrading their system from the 2007 version to the 2008 version. All support calls go to Voice Mail, if you leave a message it may be up to 24 hours before you get a response, and if you get a response it does not resolve the issue.
