Bob's DISCOUNT Furniture is called that for a reason. The couch I ordered was delivered with a hole in the fabric; when I asked for a new one they said they didn't have another one like it and would send some one to repair it. We could not schedule a time to fix it that would work for us so they're solution was to send us a package of fabric. Needless to say, it never got fixed and to add insult to injury, the couch and love seat didn't wear well and looked shabby after a few weeks. never again! On July 11, 2008 I applied for a Chase Private Student loan and was approved. I faxed them all my documents (proof ID, proof of enrollment, and loans docs) by Monday, July 14. This company advertises on the internet FREE Software for making money on Craig’s List. I signed up for the FREE software that they advertised and agreed to a one time processing fee of $1.95 when I signed up on 8/25/2008. On 9/10/2008 my credit card was automatically charge $39.85 without my knowledge or permission. Besides the ridiculously long wait for delivery, when I called and emailed them, some guy eventually got back to me and told me he would send out the info via email. I did not feel I could trust him at all. I haven't heard from them since and I've called and left messages (because nobody ever picks up) and emailed them dozens of times with no response. The ULTIMA 6 speed motorcycle transmission for Harley Davidsons has a serious speedometer error (reads 40% too low) problem on many H-D models and Jireh admits this and has not/will not stock the speedometer adjuster to correct the problem. When contacted, Paula said, essentially, 'too bad, it is not our problem'. It cost me $125.00 more for an after market speedometer calibrator and another $75 to install it and about an hour to get it adjusted. A FTC complaint has been filed. When we first started talking to first universal lending. they were very convincing that they could get our mortgage loan reworked and could lower our payment 30% to 60%. I asked Gary about their success rate and he stated 100%. After we got signed up and a payment of 399.00 got made they would get started. My husband and I hired the tax firm to assist with a tax debt in 11/07 since that time it has been nothing but pure *** to get our money back. After paying them $1700 in fees for a pile of paperwork that didn't amount to anything we still owe the IRS $$$$. December 22nd, 2007 A Safeco insured came into my lane causing me to lose control of my vehicle and be hit by another. The accident exacerbated. Some back problems I already had... I did my transaction through Eztradein.com, which is owned by Dealtree. All my subsequent dealings were with Dealtree so that is why my review is here. Eztradein is Dealtree's service which buys back used electronics. I sent them a laptop, which had a quoted value of $200. I selected to receive a check and shipped my laptop. Never use Law offices of Aruna Venkidu for your Immigration purposes. She handled my H1B extension cases for 8 years, they were simple and easy, just fill in the paperwork and send it in and charge me the fee. Then when time came to file my permanent residency and some questions were raised during approval, she had no idea to handle the case. I bought this card, thinking it was a gift card. Then I realized it was a credit card. I tried to take it back to the store where I bought it. Delivery was for 9/3/08. Called late that evening, told they were still delivering. Called 9/4, (no one called back) Called 9/5, was told flowers were delivered (THEY WERE NOT). I am writing this complaint about Diamond Executives. They tried to withdraw money from my checking account and bounced my account to the tune of $204, then when they couldn't get any money that way, they submitted an electronic check that stated no signature required and took $149.oo out of my account making my short on my rent payment. Now who do these people think they are? They have something hidden in these online loan companies that even the trained eye probably couldn't see, and that's where they get you. This company is the biggest pain in the butt I have ever dealt with. They hound me every month for their money since the day I signed for the loan a couple of years ago.
