Moda Modeling based in Dallas Texas was a huge rip off. They continued to charge my account the fee of 29.95 a month even after I ended my contract with them. In the 2 years I was with moda I NEVER got any modeling work. I received all these emails and responded to them but never got anything. They never tried to work with me either. ASC is trying to put in foreclosure as many houses as they can. It's their business. Also, if you are on a 3 year fixed interest period, they try to ruin your credit so you won't be able t o refinance at the end of the term and customers may end up paying variable interest mortgage rates which are of course higher than what they have under fixed conditions. I have been an active RV owner for the past 10 years, and 2 years ago we bought a brand new 34 foot Class A motorhome. We were easily approved for the loan at the dealer and followed their recommendation to go through THOR credit. Customer Service is the pits - Trying to replace a phone that stopped working, it has taken 3 calls and a trip to the nearest At&T wireless store. I have to make travel arrangements for my husbands business and am always shocked to see what Northwest charges for a direct flight from chattanooga to memphis. It cost 3 times the cost if i stop once. Airfares in late November are 1029.00 per person! Don't you think in these horrible economic times we should get better rates for a direct flight than a flight that stops and flies into a city that is not even on the way? I bought a Blackberry Pearl... thinking that blackberry is a quality product and the leader in the smartphone industry. I needed a voice recorder by the next day. I told the salesperson that I needed a voice recorder to record cellular telephone calls, and that I had to have it by the next day or it would be of no use to me. I paid more than $42 for overnight shipping of a 1.5 pound package. The salesperson assured me it would arrive by 3pm the next day. HughesNet Fair Access Policy is anything but fair. It is not defined, to the user, in any useful way, but may be triggered by the simple act of normal web searches. I can only guess that opening a new web page, before their slow system has opened the current one, is a violation, as that is all that I was doing, this time, when FAP activated. I ordered a xbox 360 online at microcenter.com on 9/11/08 and the order was cancelled by microcenter.com on 9/12/08 because the item was not in stock, but I am still currently being charged for this item, so I have a$200 plus hold on my credit card and when I contacted my credit card company they said they had not been notified that the order was cancelled. Futhermore, I have been calling microcenters 1800 # all day today and getting the busy signal, meaning I cant even get an automated response.
